I blink still not believing my mother brought the one person I hate most to my house, with luggage! Why the hell does he have luggage?
Chenle: I told you this would be a bad idea. Mom: Chenle go unpack in one of the empty rooms upstairs.
I'm going to faint. He listens to her and waddles his ass upstairs. I look back at Wonnie and Keeho who's just as shocked as me. My mom sighs as she steps in and shuts the door.
Mom: I know that all of you want to start yelling and what not but hear me out. This is a request from not only me but Santana too. Wonnie: Mom?
She nods.
Mom: Long story short his plan to move into the dorms got put on hold because there isn't any available right now. Things are too rocky at home for him to focus, so ta-da!
Ta-da?
Mom: He and Xiaojun have been at each other throats. Santana suggested since you guys have an extra room or two he could stay here until the dorm is ready. Wonnie: Why would she suggest that? Why would he agree to live with people that hate him? Mom: Exactly, he's desperate and purely exhausted.
I sigh, she's right about that. He must be at his wits end to even agree to this. He hates us just as much as we hate him. Growing up my stepdad's motto has always been "if you're able to help someone and don't, you're scum."
Me: Fine, whatever. Mom: Really? Holy shit I raised you right, I thought I'd have to bribe you guys. Keeho: What! That was an option? I want a BMW. Mom: Too late sucka.
Once my mom left the three of us stood around staring at each other not knowing what to say.
Keeho: We'll have to tell him the house rules.
The cereal rule is the only house rule we have, other than that we're free birds. Chenle comes downstairs with an unamused face.
Me: Um..- Chenle: According to Dr.Kang, mentally I'm unstable.
Well if Aunt Santana said it then it's probably true.
Chenle: Therefore I have no energy to argue with you three everyday. I will stay out of your way if you stay out of mine. Wonnie: I agree, the last thing I want to do is spend unnecessary energy fighting with you.
That's one thing we all see eye to eye on. Not to mention it's only until they free up a dorm, it's not permanent.

The first day of university is very, very confusing. Pitch perfect lied to me. You see I decided to follow in my mother's footsteps and study medical. Everyone thinks I'm crazy because I pass out at the sight of blood.
Fear not! I will get that under control.
Once I spot Cheri's familiar face I run up to them to see what's going on.
Cheri: Got my schedule for the year! Me: A lot of these classes I have, sweet that means I can cheat off of you. Cheri: So you're going to be one of those doctors that half-ass things because they barely passed?
I flick their forehead.
Me: Don't be so mean. Cheri: Where's Wonnie and Keeho? Me: Wonnie went to see if the campus has an on ground cafe while Keeho is chatting it up with the other science nerds.
I tease Keeho a lot but his career path is something I didn't expect from him at all, I'm proud.
Cheri: Keeho being a chemist, how cute. Me: Cute? Don't tell me you're crushing on him too. Cheri: Jisoo would beat me up. That girl goes to the gym everyday.
Lex walks over to us yawning.
Me: There's our overachiever. Lex: Go to hell for a day. Cheri: How goes it? Lex: College is lame, this is all so lame!
Lex is doing general studies because she doesn't know what she wants to do with her life, which is okay. We're still young the fact that we're even doing this is a miracle in itself.
Lex: I'm offended I didn't get an invite to see your new place. Me: Come over this weekend for drinks and food. We're going to be celebrating making it through our first week of college. Cheri: Cool!
Cheri's mouth falls open, I turn around and so does mind.
Mr.Wooyoung: What up, what up! Cheri: Dad! When you said you were transferring I didn't know you meant this school! Me: Wait, you're teaching here?
He nods.
Mr.Wooyoung: You're looking at the new seminar professor. Me: The who? Mr.Wooyoung: You think this is bad you should get a look at the new physics professor.
Lex blinks.
Lex: No. Mr.Wooyoung: Oh yes ma'am.
Lex bangs her head against my shoulder.
