A/n: Okay i forgot to tell Everyone this ... Uhhhhh ... As you can see in this world 80% are women that have quirks right ? Meaning so is the populations meaning there will be girls that are Lesbians ... Like Y/n so called parents !! Or guardian like Aizawa Shouta and Hizashi Yamada !! Yeah i don't know what should I change Present Mic's name as a girl ... And as for the Harem it will update soon as long some people comment a yes if i ask if i should add the girl in the harem !!

Now for 20% of the men who don't have quirks it's more like 18% of the men have no quirks there are 2% chance that a male has a quirk. Because of this there is only 20% men population in this world the government put a program to help balance the world population and it's called Breeding Program ....

This program consist on two things one the male who is at age that didn't pick a lover or lovers after they reach 21 to 25 will be put in the breeding house area where some men are used to get sperm and use it to help with the population. This result to some who are born with no fathers that Includes Izumi and Katsumi if you ask where Masaru is there will be a story of that next time.

The second one is called Harem program this is simple really the government send a letter to remind the boy at age of 15 to 19 to find a lover or lovers at that age the government doesn't care about the woman's age as long she can still give birth that includes women at their 30's. The boy at that age found his lovers he will give them letters either the girl accept or not sign it to accept the relationship. After signing it the chosen girls will return the letter with signature so the boy can send it as a confirmation to the government.

The Society - because of women having quirks they think they are superior to the men who don't have quirks meaning some women lokk at the male as nothing but a breeding horse , weak , pathetic , useless. Most women discriminate them or abused them or used them for pleasure because of not having quirks same to some female with no quirks. The government made a law that every men have right to live and have right to do things and if the women try to even bully or discriminate them there a chance that those will be punished or going to jail depends on what they did. Some doesn't care of this law while some are greatful are all men for the law to be created so they can have peace.
