Peeta pov:
"What do we do now?" I ask it's 7:00 and none of us want to go to school this early.
"Kat how far is the school from your house?" Asks Clove.
"About 10 minutes maximum" she says.
" Great so we can leave around 7:25" says Cato.
"So what do we do for the next 25 minutes?" I ask.
"TRUTH O'DAIR!!" Yells Finnick.
We a sit in a circle.
"Hold on I got to call rue and make sure her and prim are ok" says Kat. She goes into the kitchen and comes back 5 minutes later.
"Ok let's begin" says Finnick. " I will start." He spins the bottle and it lands on Gale.
"Truth O'dair" asks Finnick.
"O'dair"
" I dare you to kiss the girl you like"
Gale gets up walks p sits in between clove and Katniss and kisses.....
KATNISS. When he pulls apart he stands up and goes back to his seat. Katniss just looks shocked I feel anger boil up inside of me and I stomp off to the kitchen.
"I will get him" I hear Katniss say.
"WHAT THE HELL KAT?!" I yell.
"Why are you mad at me I didn't kiss him he kissed me" she says.
" But that means he likes you" I say.
" But I don't like him!" She yells.
"Why not!?"
"Because I love you, you idiot!!!" She yells and runs up the stairs to her room and slams the door. I walk back in the living room where everyone is staring at me.
"You messed you man" says Cato.
"You guys heard?" I ask.
"Yeah the girl told you she loves you?" Asks Finnick.
"Yes" I say.
"Wow" he says shocked
" Why so shocked?" I ask.
"She never even had a crush on a a guy let alone love him" says Finnick.
"Damn I did mess up" I say.
"Yeah you did" says Gale.
"SHUT UP GALE" the whole group says in union.
" I will go get her" says Finnick. He makes his way up stairs. He comes back done 5 minutes later without Katniss.
" She left a note saying she had to cool off" he says calmly.
"Well where did she go?" I ask.
"I can't tell you" he says. I feel anger boil up inside me.
"WHY NOT?!?" I yell.
"Because it's a place her and her dad used to go and it's where she goes to cool off so I can't tell you. But she says she will see us at school" he says holding up the note. It's around 7:20 and we choose to go to school and we go into the parking lot and see Katniss's car gone. I drive with Finnick.
"You have got to fix things with Katniss because I have never seen her so happy with anyone" he says and for the rest of the ride we stay quite.
