CABIN 1- ZEUS

-The statue of Zeus is constantly covered with a bunch of blankets so that no one has to bear to see his hippie face glaring down at them whenever they are in the cabin.
-It has a wall which is full of pictures Thalia and Jason found, old and new.
-Though it's hard to believe at first, the constant sounds of thunder and the strong smell of rain are calming at times. (I don't know if it smelt like anything but uh headcanon, am I right?)
-It has a beautiful view of the Camp from its roof. After Jason arrived, he made an external ladder for the campers so they could go up anytime whenever they felt like being alone, or stargazing, or just standing for no particular reason. [SPOILER FOR TBM] After Jason's death, the campers created a small shrine for him on the roof.
-Most children of Zeus share a common love for chocolate.
-Dark!Jason going all wolf-like, summoning lightning at irregular intervals, with the aura around him smelling like ozone. He can also literally knock the air out of someone.
CABIN 2- HERA

-Although no one really bothers to enter that Cabin, Lester does visit it from time to time. He asked Chiron if he could put up pictures of demigod families (of all sorts) to which Chiron agreed. Now it is full of picture frames (and peacock feathers, 'cause Hera).
-Hera's statue is not covered like Zeus's and it strangely has a calming presence.
-(It also has a lot of cow stickers, courtesy of the Hermes cabin)
