It was still early in the morning, but the Main Police Office in S City was already in a buzz.
People gathered in small groups, whispering to each other. The moment Wang Chao and Zhang Long entered the building, they could sense that something was amiss.
What's up with everyone?
The two of them were sporting panda eyes. They were obviously sleep deprived from closing a big case last night.
When they came to the elevator, there was a note stuck on the wall. Zhang Long ripped it off the wall and cursed.
