3rd person's POV
They came to a stop in front of Heejin's old man and Hyunjin swear she'll die on the spot. Heejin's dad is staring right through her soul and she starts to sweat profusely.
"A-annyeonghaseyo I'm L-lee M-Minyoung" she internally scream as she ended her introduction. She can hear Heejin's laugh behind her so she turn to her girlfriend and gave her a 'please help me' look
"Hey dad how are you?" Heejin speak and held Hyunjin's hand
"Just fine" the man answered shortly and continue staring at Hyunjin
"So I told you guys the other day that this coward finally ask me out so here she is" Hyunjin wants to smack Heejin's head but held it in cuz they're in front of her parents
"So you're my daughter's girlfriend?" the man set down his phone on the table and look at the lovely couple
Hyunjin cleared her throat before answering "Yes sir"
"Just call me dad and aren't you guys too old for that girlfriend thingy? Get married as soon as possible" the man gave the two a fatherly smile
"W-what?"
"Dad we're not that old, we're still young. Many things may still happen" Heejin said to her dad
"Look who's talking, a girl who got married when she was 20 and gave birth at the age of 21" Mr Jeon chuckled and look at Hyunjin again
'Heejin is right, this kid didn't change at all' he smiled at Hyunjin and the girl smile back at him
'I'll make sure he will rot in hell for making the two of them suffer and also granddaughter Hyunhee'

Lee Hyunjin's POV
They left us for a while here in the living room and let out a deep breath. That was so nerve racking. This is why I didn't date back in college
"See? I told you they like you" I smiled at Heejin and I hugged her all of a sudden. I just want to feel her warmth
"You're fine, okay? They like you" she rubs my back and I pulled away from her. I grab her hand and play with it while we're watching cartoons with Jinjin.
I felt the rings in her hand... Are you ready to replace this with new ones, bunny?
I stared at her hand for quite long that I didn't realize that Mr and Mrs Jeon are back.
"So you work as a doctor?" Mr Jeon ask as Mrs Jeon hand me a glass of juice
"Yes si-- d-dad" he smiles
"Is it really what you want or it is just what your dad wants?"
"I actually wanted to be a soldier but mom and dad didn't allow me to enter the training so I just decided to follow my dad's step and be a doctor" he humms
('She really wants to be a soldier huh' Heejin said in her mind as she remember her conversation with her wife long time ago)
"And now he sent you to SMC?" I nodded
"It was just for a month, the shareholders wants to see my performance and after that maybe he'll sent me back to Busan"
"Are you going to obey him and go back to Busan?"
"I was okay with going back to Busan back then but I don't wanna leave now" I intertwine my fingers with Heejin and smile at her.
Our conversation went on like that and I'm glad they like me cuz if not I think I'll just die
