Derek called me to come over. We were now sitting in his new hideout. An abandoned subway station.
Me "Derek?"
Derek looked at me "hm?"
Me "Why is Jackson's body rejecting the bite?"
Derek shrugged "i have no idea. Why are you with that him anyway?"

He raised an eyebrow.

Derek nodded "hard to believe"
I rolled my eyes annoyed.
Suddenly Isaac came running down.
He was soaking wet.
Isaac shouted "Derek! Derek!"
Derek stood up, alarmed What's wrong?"
Isaac panicked"M-My Dad..i-i think he is dead"
I stood up and raised an eyebrow at him "Isaac, what did you do?"
Isaac shook his head, catching his breath "th-That's the thing....it wasn't me"
Derek and I looked at each other.

Lydia, Allison and i walked up the front stairs of the school.
Me "Lydia, are you sure you wanna go in there?"
Allison "We could skip school with you"
We stopped in front of the front door.
Lydia smiled and shrugged"i don't care. I've lost 8 pounds."
I smiled.
The old Lydia is back.
Allison raised an eyebrow "are you sure you want that?"
