We're pretty smitten with Ian and Nina Somerhalder around here.
In the new issue of People, the former The Vampire Diaries stars got real about what it was like when his and Nina Somerhalder's son, Duncan, was born 13 weeks premature.
"The baby was so beautiful to us, and I look back at the photos of him and it must have been jarring for other people to come in and see him, but to us he was so beautiful and perfect," Ian says. "We were scared for a long time."
"He is such a fighter, he's amazing,"says Nina added. "Even though he's only a few weeks old he's so alert to his surroundings specially when Ian or his older siblings are near. He will automatically move his head to find their location and once he does a bright smile would fill his tiny face and he's just too beautiful for words."
We wish the happy parents nothing but the best with their growing family.
