🌈Chapter 13: Wrong Body

~Third Person's P.O.V~

~Flashback~

After what happened to Ryujin, Soobin and Taehyun helped her remember everything else. They did succeed with remembering her other friends but there's a problem. Ryujin couldn't remember Beomgyu. All they could tell her was that, he's her boyfriend and he gave her the keychain she's always holding for the past few days. The next day, Taehyun went to work and found out something so he called Soobin.

"Soobin hyung! Have you heard what happened to Beomgyu hyung???" -Taehyun

"No, what happened to him??" -Soobin

"There was a fire accident back at the building he's working at a few days ago!" -Taehyun

"What?! Where is he right now???" -Soobin

"His uncle texted me the address. Pick me up here at my office hyung, quick!" -Taehyun

"I'm on my way. *Hang up* Ryujin, you know Chaeryeong right?" -Soobin

"Yeah, I remember her." -Ryujin

"I'll drop you at her house. You'll be staying there from now on." -Soobin

"Alright oppa." -Ryujin

Soobin drove his car and dropped Ryujin off at Chaeryeong's house. Coincidentally, Lia is also living with her now. He then fetched Taehyun at his workplace. They went to the place that Beomgyu's uncle sent them. When they arrived there, a shocking surprise made them weak on their knees. It was a funeral they attended. There was a coffin with flowers on top and a picture of Beomgyu. Not a lot of people were in sight. Just them, Beomgyu's uncle and two cousins. The two cried for their 'dead' friend as they went inside and walked near the coffin.

'There's something wrong...' -Taehyun

*Sniffle*"Uncle, where are his parents?" -Soobin

"T-they're at Australia right now." -Beomgyu's uncle

"When will he be buried?" *sniffle* -Taehyun

"Later." -Beomgyu's uncle

"Where?" -Soobin

"At the cemetery." -Beomgyu's uncle

"No! You should bury him at the tent back at Daegu." -Taehyun

"What? Why??" -Beomgyu's uncle

*Sniffle*"That was his wish when he was still alive..." -Taehyun

(Taehyun's Flashback)

Me and Beomgyu hyung are seating on a bench at the park. Our topic of how many butts does a human have turned into a topic about how many holes does a straw have. My braincells couldn't take Beomgyu hyung's opinions properly as it is mixed of stupid yet logical words. How does he do that? Now from our topic of the holes a straw has, it now changed to his death wish. Why so sudden?

"Hey Tae, when I die, bury me at the tent where I built it." -Beomgyu

"Hyung! Why're you thinking like that??? You're too young to die!"

"But if ever that happens, bury me there. That's my wish." -Beomgyu

"Aish! Hyung..."

"Just do it for me my friend." *smiling* -Beomgyu

'Why do I have a bad feeling about this?'

(End of Taehyun's Flashback)

Beomgyu's uncle agreed with what Taehyun said. They went to the tent and buried the body there. Soobin had a weird feeling from what was going on. Why only Beomgyu's uncle and cousins attended his funeral? He also said that their other friends already know about this. But he just can't seem to trust him.

"What's going to happen to Ryujin noona now?" -Taehyun

"Let her remember him first, then we can tell her about his death." -Soobin

"Are you sure about this hyung?" -Taehyun

"No I'm not." -Soobin

*Sigh* -Taehyun

They wanted to stay longer at the tent but they couldn't. They bid goodbye to Beomgyu's relatives and went inside Soobin's car.

"Soobin hyung, we still have a flight tomorrow to America." -Taehyun

"I know. I'll tell the others about this." -Soobin

They left the place with sad tears on their faces. What they didn't know was that, there's someone watching over them the whole day. Taehyun's gut feeling never failed him. There really was something strange with what happened to Beomgyu.
