* 4 months later *
" I'm getting married! " Rose read the caption of Stephanie's photo.
" What? That asshole is getting married? " Gwen questioned.
I sat, my mind quiet, my body frozen in place.
Claire looked at me and gave me a reassuring smile, telling me that everything will get better.
Earlier, Rose was mindlessly scrolling through her Instagram when she came across our old classmate's post where they congratulated Stephanie. Rose being curious went to check it out and found out the news that Stephanie is getting married...to Jack.
