Powers: Plantmancer (Think Poison Ivy)
Background: Chloe moved to the town of South Park recently and was quickly introduced to the boys many different games like Superheroes/Villains and Medieval. She had issues at first trying to remember everyone and what they do, but soon had fun with it, especially with how her Alter ego reacts with Kenny's alter ego. Her and Kenny became close, especially when she help his sister find her doll after it was taken and looking after her when it wasn't safe at Karen and Kenny's house.
