Strengths: Her heart, Josephine is so loving and caring to everyone on the ranch that she is consider to be the heart of the Dutton family, despite being adopted into the family when she was just a baby

Weaknesses: Despite what makes her strong, her heart also makes her weak due to the fact that she always sees the good in everyone, and if she has built a strong bond with someone and they hurt her, or her family, it's very hard for her to get over them

Fears: That her and her sister Beth will get into a fight about Rip, and in the end she'll lose the two people she cares about most due to Beth and Rip's past history with each other and the fact that Josephine has always loved Rip

Backstory: Josephine lost both of her parents when she was a baby, but luckily they happened to be friends with the Dutton family who quickly adopted her and treated her like one of their own.  As she grew older she eventually met a boy named Rip and began to have a crush on him, but once she learned that her older sister already had her sites set on him and he seemed to really like her sister, Josephine backed off, even when their relationship eventually ended.  As the years went by, Josephine soon got into a relationship with someone else, but it didn't work out due to the man cheating on her with multiple women.  Josephine never really got over her crush on Rip, even being in a relationship she never stopped loving him, and the two grew close once again, but that was until her sister came back which has her conflicted on if she should still pursue a relationship with Rip, or put her feelings aside once again for the sake of her sister.
