ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Florence is known to be a sweetheart and have a kind heart due to her gentle nature, and how she cares about everyone, even if she doesn't know them. Her ability to connect with others and have empathy for them is one of the reasons why she gets along with most people.
To those she is close to she can either be a cheerleader for them, or in some cases like a mother figure for them. Supporting them in any way she can, and cheering them on during their games, celebrating their successes, and making sure they are okay/have everything that they need.
Florence is also know for her ambition with her plan to take over her parent's shop when the time comes. She gets involved with working at the store, keeping it tidy, and learning everything she can to either maintain the store, or about the items they sell/could sell with the uses and benefits each spice and tea have.
On the flip side of things, Florence is known to have a bit of a vindictive side to her when someone threatens her or someone she cares about. Depending on how things went down, will depend on how she gets even. It may take a day, be immediate, a month, or even a year, but one thing is for sure, she will get you back and make sure you regret ever threatening or harming her/the people she cares about.
She is also known to be assertive or at times even aggressive when it comes to doing the right thing. She can be stubborn when it comes to what she believes is the right thing. She is also known for not taking anyone's bs and just wants to do right by the people she cares about, or believes to be the right thing, something instilled in her by her father.
