"Are we lost?"

"What? No. Trust me, Kei."

"Hmm. We look pretty lost."

"Come on, I know what I'm doing. Google wouldn't lie to me, and my sense of direction is flawless."

"Right. I'm going to look at a map."

"Kei, have faith in me, Baby."

"No."

Kuroo sighed and put his hand up to argue.

"Tetsurou, we've been going the wrong way for 30 miles (48 km)."

Silence settled in the car for a little while.

"Okay...you were right and I'm sorry." Kuroo bit his lip.

Tsukishima reached over and rubbed Kuroo's arm. "No, it's okay. You wanted to impress me. Just pull over up there and we can turn around." He sighed.

Tetsurou groaned. There was a little market/convenience store that was made completely of wood up ahead. All around them thick white snow covered the area. They were trying to find the cabin they rented out for their winter vacation, but it was in the middle of nowhere and a snow storm had covered up a lot of roads from the night before.

"Do you need to pee or get snacks?" Kuroo glanced over at his passenger as he pulled into the parking lot. Two other cars were there.

"Both." Tsukishima yawned.

"Okay. We need a little break anyways." Kuroo leaned over and kissed his cheek. "Thanks for going easy on me."

Kei rolled his eyes and caressed Kuroo's cheek. "I'm not a monster, Tetsurou. And I love you, so I'm not going to make you feel bad all the time. Only when you're in the mood." He kissed the shorter man briefly.

Kuroo gazed at him, smiling dumbly. "I love you too. Do--"

"I need to pee, Tetsurou."

The driver cackled and hurried out of his car. He ran around and helped his partner out, then locked the car. Tsukishima held his arm as they carefully walked up to the store, avoiding ice. Kuroo opened the door for Kei politely.

"Welcome in! It's cold so take your time to warm up in here, boys!" A sweet old man called from behind a counter.

Tsukishima smiled out of courtesy and bowed his head, "Thank you. Where's your restroom, sir?"

The frail man pointed to the blonde's right, "There's a hall at the end of the store over there, young man."

"Thank you." Kei strutted away.

"Don't worry, we're going to buy some things, not just use your restroom." Kuroo chuckled and made his way up to the counter, eyeing the snacks as he did so.

"Ah, I'm just glad to have some visitors! The storms lately have been scaring everyone away. Even my regulars! It's a shame." The little old man looked truly upset.

"I'm sorry to hear that, sir. Do you usually have a lot of tourists around here?" Kuroo snagged a chocolate bar.

"Yes, quite a few, but the people who live in town get all of their groceries here too. We're the only ones that sell necessities." The old man leaned on his counter.

"Oh, small town? That's too bad. Do you have to run this place by yourself, sir?" Kuroo grabbed three bags of chips.

"Yeah, and no my husband and I own it, so we work here together. He's helping someone with their space heater in the back right now. He's always been good with mechanics." The old man smiled.
