SADDD :(( WARNING also intense scenesesg--but it'll get better:)

A thick, cold wind swept through the area, tousling Shigeru's hair. He sobbed quietly and let his hair fall however. His once perfect cut was disheveled and all over the place. His shoulders heaved as he let out cries. He wasn't focusing on anyone around him. He didn't notice they were there. He kept his tear-filled eyes on the body in front of him.

Lying peacefully in a casket, was his husband--late husband.

Watari Shinji.

"Watari-kun was a good man, Shigeru-kun."

"He's still with us in spirit."

"Watari had such a great impact on the world. Be proud."

"I'm so sorry for your loss!"

"If you need anything, just call."

Yahaba stepped forward, holding a handkerchief over his mouth, and placed a hand on Watari's. Tears fell onto the lifeless man. Shigeru hunched forward, sniffling. "I...I love you Shinji...I always will..." Shigeru whispered. He trembled as he touched the wedding ring, matching to his own, on his passed-lover's hand.

A hand pressed against his back firmly. A gentle, warm hand.

Shigeru turned. Most people had left, in far too much pain to watch. It was time to lower Watari's body.

The hand pulled him away slowly, back to the others. Yahaba let out a sob as he watched his late-husband. More hands pat his back softly, but the original one stood out. Shigeru pulled his dark black trench coat closer to his body as the wind blew harshly.

Light snow began to litter the deathly air. Shigeru smiled weakly, "Shinji loves...loved the snow." He sniffed. Hands returned to rubbing his back.

While Yahaba was distracted by the snow, Watari's coffin was placed in the ground without issues, and others began to leave. Shigeru stared at the beautiful spot where Watari was being buried.

The main hand, the warm, firm one, stayed there the entire time. It might've been an hour. Maybe just ten minutes. Yahaba didn't know, but he was thankful for the action.

"Yahaba-sama, are you sure you don't need me here?"

"Yes, dear, go home to your family. I'll pay you the same as if you were still working, just take some time off." Shigeru stared out the window, facing away from his housekeeper.

"But you already sent the cook and the gardener home, I don't want you to become lonely, sir." Her voice sounded very concerned. Yahaba and his late-husband were excellent bosses who cared about their workers, so of course, the workers cared about them in return.

"I'm fine, dear. I still have one person left here, I'll be alright. If I need something, I'll call you," He turned his head and gave her a weak look, "Thank you for being here and helping, I just need to be alone for a little bit." He tried to smile for her.

She broke out in tears and reached forward to give him a hug. "Sorry for the sudden act, but I think you really need a hug, sir." She squeezed him tightly. "I hope you can recover a little until I return." She pulled away, "Goodbye, and thank you sir."

Shigeru nodded painfully and turned back to his window, hearing her leave the large mansion.

Snow covered the ground as it fell in big flakes. He was sitting on a window seat, hugging his knees. The house was eerily silent. It felt empty. Everyone was gone.
