Robert’s POV

The next few hours were just horrible. I saw myself quickly surrounded by police cars and I knew that, soon, I would have chapters after me.

I also knew many of the men in the cars weren’t cops, which made it harder fore me. If it was otherwise, I could easily have the chance to turn fisher’s men and the terrorists against each other. But like this? No way.

“I’m scared” Little Ava spoke, holding tight against her aunt.

“Don’t be princess. Everything will be fine” I spoke

“Aren’t the cops good people?” she asked

Beatrice turned to her “Sometimes honey. Sometimes” she then glanced at me, her eyes showing me fear.

I held her hand tight. I was going to take us out of this. I was going to keep my words and give her that surprised I talked to her about, after we leave Budapest.

I picked up the phone, dialing my sister. Luckily, I had a fast car and a few good driving skills, but I could see the cars down the streets, speeding to get me. Some certainly would appear in front of me again. I don’t know this place very well, I don’t know its shortcuts or tricky places.

“Robbie…” I heard my sister’s voice, finally “How are you holding up?”

“Okay until now… but I desperately need backup”

“Can you hold on for an hour? We’re leaving Switzerland now. I’ll tell Simon to speed up. I’ll soon text you the exact coordinates of a good place”

I tok a deep breath, I hope I have enough fuel to drive around for an hour. “Alright” I said. I didn’t want to stress the ladies

“How did it go?” I asked

“Acomplished, big brother”

I smiled “Be quick”

After hanging up, I kissed Bea’s hand “Your parents are safe”

She smiled widely for the first time in the last hours. Her small arms involved my neck and she kissed my cheek “Thank you, Robbie”

“Don’t baby” I looked at her “I did nothing” I half smiled.

“You did everything” she smiled.

I looked at her, if only she knew how she lightens my entire world and heart. She makes me be able to see an endless road in front of me. Not a dead end street.

“AHH!” little Ava screamed, as well as Tori, as we heard some bullets hitting our car.

“Shit” I cursed. A car had just appeared out of nowhere, really close to us. “Hold my phone, baby” I handed it to Bea “Pay attention to a upcoming message from Liv.”

I picked up my own pistol and was ready to use it, I just need to have a good angle.

But, the idiots driving the car dared to speed up and get next to our car. So, having a good shot, I didn’t miss when I hit the driver and make them crash.

“There are people who really owe much to their intelligence” I commented, kissing Bea’s hand

She giggled “You’re such a dork”

I felt her hand caressing my hair, it completely seduced me “And you’re great”

I smiled at her “I said I would take us out of this, and I will” I said, before the both of us heard the beep on the phone.

“Must be Liv” I said, watching Bea opening the message,

“Yes,” she said, showing me the coordinates
