More Than Just (Enzo & Aiane)

He was pacing back and forth inside his room. Kanina pa siya nag-aalala pero wala pa siyang natatanggap na tawag to assure him everything is alright. He's definitely going mental any minute now. If Ezra was there, she could've whacked him with something for being so paranoid.
But could they blame him?
Aiane came back from her traveling passed out. Hindi niya alam anong nangyari because when she came back, she quickly fell off. Mabuti nalang at nasalo niya ito bago pa ito lumagapak sa lapag.
Nasa bahay noon si Zeus at Aiane dahil sa request ni Ezra. Aiane just tag along dahil alam niya sigurong nandun lang si Enzo sa bahay nila. They were busy talking about the Nephilims and Aria when she suddenly faded. He waited for hours and when she came back, ayun na nga.
Of course he brought her inside, sending her over protective brother into hysteria. Muntik na nga siyang masuntok ni Zeus kung hindi lang pinagalitan ni Ezra.
Zeus brought her home immediately, kasama si Ezra syempre, dahil ayaw magpa-iwan ng kambal niya. Tuloy, naiwan siya kasama si Lizzy sa bahay.
He badly wanted to follow them to the Sinclaire Manor pero walang maiiwan dito sa kapatid niya. So, masama man sa loob niya, he patiently waited. For nothing. Dahil kahit ang kambal ay wala man lang tawag sa kanya na okay na si Athena.
A knock on the door startled him, almost making him jump. Tiningnan niya lang ito at hinintay ang pagbukas. Lizzy peeked her head inside.
"What happened, Kuya?" his oblivious sister asked.
"Nothing. Go back to what you're doing, Liz. Hinihintay ko lang sila Mommy."
"I'm hungry."
He sighed and went out of his room and into the kitchen. "What do you want to eat?"
"Anything will do, Kuya."
He nodded and pulled a loaf bread out and a sandwich spread. Wala siyang maisip na ibang ipapakain sa kapatid, and sandwich is the easiest to make. And he's tensed. He can't think straight.
After making his sister few sandwiches ay naglakad na ito papunta sa kwarto. He, then, started pacing back and forth again.
Until his phone started ringing.
Mabilis pa sa alas kuatro niyang kinuha sa bulsa ang phone at sinagot ang tawag. Ni hindi niya nga sure kung sino ang tumawag, basta sagot nalang agad.
"Hello?"
He heard a deep sigh from the other line. Zeus. "My sister..." he trailed.
"What happened? Is she okay?"
"Yes. She's asleep and she's asking for you."
Nangunot ang noo niya. "Akala ko ba tulog?"
"She's been calling your name even in her sleep. Now get your ass right here, Heath!" Zeus ended the call. Napatulala pa siya ng ilang segundo bago mabilis nagbihis at kinuha ang susi ng kotse niya. He even have to drag an eating Lizzy out with him para maka-alis. Bingi siya sa naging protesta ng kapatid.
Athena was calling out his name even in her sleep. That curious little girl.
Pinaharurot niya ang kotse papunta sa Sinclaire Manor, hindi pa man parked nang maayos ang kotse ay agad siyang lumabas at halos liparin na ang distansya ng pinto papunta sa kwarto ni Aiane sa taas. Ignoring Lizzy's call in the process.
