Time War (Enzo & Aiane)

"Ugh!" she groaned.
If someone was to ask her what happened, she has no idea. Ang naaalala niya lang ang pamilyar na paghatak ng oras sa kanya. It was a tug of war with time. As much as she wanted to stay where she was, time was dragging her carelessly to wherever it wanted to take her.
She opened her eyes and pushed herself up. Dahil medyo disoriented pa, hindi niya napansin na naka-upo siya sa lupa.
"Uh, Miss, okay ka lang ba?" a girl in her early thirties carefully asked.
She blinked away her disorientation and looked up at her. "Y-yeah. I guess."
"Here," the girl offered her hand at agad niyang tinanggap 'yun para makatayo. "Do you want me to take you to the hospital?"
"H-hindi na kailangan. Okay lang ako. Lampa, e." nahihiyang sagot niya nalang tsaka nagpagpag ng suot na pantalon. She discreetly roamed her eyes around the place. Nakahinga siya nang maluwag nang mapagtantong nasa Hangrove siya. "Um, excuse, what year is it?"
Kung nagtaka man ang babae ay hindi na ito nagsalita pa at sinagot nalang ang tanong niya. "I'm Mandy, by the way." she extended her hand.
She politely reached for it and carefully shook it. "Adrianne." her default answer to everyone she's not acquainted with in her past and present life. She doesn't want to jeopardize the future or the past or the present time by telling everyone her name.
"You have scratches." Mandy pointed out. She looked down and true to her words, may mga gasgas nga siya sa tuhod, sa paa at sa braso. "Come on, let's get you treated. Malapit lang ang bahay namin dito. One block away lang."
"Uh, t-thanks."
Aiane tentatively walked behind Mandy. As much as she is a stranger to her, she can't afford to have her little scratches infected. Ang pinagtataka niya kung saan niya nakuha ang mga 'yun. And besides, it's supposed to heal itself pero bakit hindi pa rin gumagaling ang mga 'yun?
Mandy stopped in front of a two-storey house. Tama lang ang lawak ng lawn nila sa harap, cream ang color ng bahay at sobrang warm nang ambiance kahit mula sa labas.
"The kids are inside, so medyo maingay at makalat. Okay lang ba?" nilingon siya ni Mandy with an apologetic look on her face.
"Of course. Mga anak mo?"
Mandy nodded proudly.
"Is your husband around?"
"Yep. Day off niya ngayon kaya in-charge siya sa baby sitting ng mga anak namin." natatawang sabi ni Mandy habang binubuksan ang gate ng bahay nila. "Halika, tuloy ka."
"Thank you."
"Wala 'yun."
"Feeling ko naabala ko ang lakad mo." nahihiyang pahayag ni Aiane. True, she looked like she was about to go to work, pero heto siya at ninananakaw ang oras ng trabaho ni Mandy.
Mandy waved her comment off. "Ayos lang ano ka ba, I'm the boss." pabirong sabi nito. "Halika na, baka ma infection pa 'yan."
Mandy pulled her inside the house. It was cozy and homey inside. Halata mong puno ng tawanan at pagmamahal ang loob ng bahay. It was a perfect definition of home. Namiss niya tuloy ang Mama Adri at Papa Senri niya.
"Stay here for awhile. Kukunin ko lang ang first aid." isang tipid na tango at ngiti nalang ang naisagot niya sa babae. "Pa!" Mandy shouted.
"Mama!" a little girl squealed and run inside the living area kung nasaan sila ni Mandy. She has a straight black her with an expressive eyes. She looked so cute in her princess dress. "Mama, Papi dressed me up!"
