Light

Bennet POV: 

I have always loved her in secret because she loves another person. Now that we discovered that Andrew isn't an angel like we thought but an asshole. I want to support her and protect her even more than before. At least better because I do not have a good record on that.

You can say that things have gotten interesting around here but we still trying to protect ourselves from being beaten up or any harm.

I do not understand how Andrew and Eduardo even confessed that they love her but show little appreciation.  Looking at her arms being used as a canvas to escape her pain.

I have been a coward, but I can not do that any longer. Our background and targets connect us for those pieces of shit bets.

"Lizzy...Please stop crying. Please" I hug her tightly. 

"I," She said sleepily as she laid her head on my legs.

Aw... she's so peaceful while she sleeping.

 No matter how much I love to see her sleep. I know we need to attend classes that we took a break from.

"Lizzy, Wake up" I shake her gently. She groans in response.

"What are you doing? What the fuck are you doing here?" Andrew said with anger as he look at our way. I am so confused about when did he arrive here.

" Andrew, you should be ashamed to react this way. You cheated for god sake! Lizzy has so many people wanting to date her but you had a chance and you blew it." I snapped, " You are no different from the jerks that want to end us. You are just another spoiled entitled rich guy!"

Andrew's face drains all the life of it to his ears. I did not want to hear his cheating excuse but I want to understand why.

"Let's go" I help Lizzy to get up from the floor to avoid any gaslighting bullshit from him.

"W...What was that?" Lizzy question me as soon we stepped outside the library.

"Sorry...I got carried away with anger" I briefly explained but Lizzy suddenly hugged me. I hug her back to see if I could feel her heart.
"I...Can't...Breathe" Lizzy tapped my shoulder.
"Sorry..." I could only awkwardly laugh it off.
"It's okay. Next time warn me so I could breathe for the bear hug" she said with a smile that brightened the world.  
"Yo. Bennet to earth" Lizzy wave her hand in my tip-toed she tip -to us. She is so small like a  doll. I want to put her in my pocket cuz she's the cutest.
"Oh. Let's go to math class" I said as I pulled her hand.
"I don't like math" she complained.  

"So, Is that why you are so mean in math?" I ask with s smirk knowing that am one of the reasons. I like to feel her presence close to me.

"Er... I need to graduate high school early. So, I don't to need deal with worthless people" She said. It deeply hurts.

"It...Hurt," I said as I put my hand on the heart and cried cry.

"Stop being drama Queen," she said as she pulled my hands away from my heart and push the door with the other.
We entered the math class but her desk had  2 vases with flowers, chocolate, and a sorry card that states to be written by the snake, Hope.
Can she be any more fake? As if she knew, Hope is walking towards us holding a guitar. She starts to play an unknown song. The next thing I know, Lizzy slapped her.

"Bitch, How dare you to come here! After you betrayed our friendship with a guy.A fucking guy! I thought you were different but guess makeup covers your true self" Lizzy yell to Hope. 

"Ha. Did you truly think a guy like Angel would truly look at you? He looked at me! He became your boyfriend to be closer to me " Hope said with pride. I'm revolted by her words. As if it was a clue Angel came.

"Sorry. Please ignore it! I never meant it to happen...Forgive me" He begged as he kneeled now.

I puked in my mouth...Fake ass apologize.

"You could have stopped it from happening but you didn't. It's done." she said."How long have been cheating on me with my so-called BFF" she looked at both of them with disgust.

"4 months" he responded looking down with deep shame. Why you're shamed? WTF!  You fucking betrayed her!
"So...The start of our relationship. Those sweet talks and promises were all lies. You lied to me since the beginning! Were your feelings fake as your actions? Did you ever love me?!" She screams at him as she corned him.

All my classmates were taking pictures or recording at this point...I feel as if I was sucked into a drama show...

 She didn't know to express her feelings because her hands were everywhere. Out of nowhere, She slaps him and gives him the famous glare of the angel of darkness. She picks up her bag and starts running. Leaving everyone shocked and scared of her actions. As she leaves, Eduardo comes with flowers with a smile but soon turned into a frown.

 Why is frown? Is it cause you missed the show? God, Can he not be any more annoying? 

"You should be shame of yourself. You have always made her feel that she ain't anyone. She is someone much better than you will ever be. Y'all are monsters because you don't have hearts that feel emotions and pain and you, Andrew. I thought you were different from others but I guess once a spoiled kid, always a spoiled kid. Eduardo, what are you even fucking trying to do to her ?" It was more like a vent but I could no longer contain myself. I remember that she ran and I left the room.

"Liz!" I yelled as I looked everywhere except the restrooms. I know she won't be there. Her house.Maybe?Does she still live in the house from before middle school? I ran towards the house that I hope is her home.

(Liz POV)
I ran to my house as tears kept flowing down my cheeks. Fuck this world. 
"Sweet, what are you doing here?" Mother asked with disappointment. As if she cared.

"What happened did you fail a grade?" Father asks. They only cared that my grade are the best. They don't even take notice of my dried tears.

"Don't you ever wonder? Why I cried or see cuts in my arms." I stated, "People in my school are jerks. You never care about my fucking life. Angel broke my heart. That heart that you made sure of is weak and lifeless. I am losing the will to live!  You never cared about it"I yelled with shame and disappointment.
" Sweetheart, it's going to be okay, "They said as they pulled out a textbook. Ugh!
" Why have a boyfriend when you can get into any college? "Mother said with joy. She blind. She lives in a bubble where she can't see the real world.
" Really! .."I rudely interpret by the doorbell. Fuck off. Mother walks towards the and reveals Eduardo and Andrew.
"Sorry, Liz. please forgive!" Andrew said.
"I fucking warned you about this asshole. You made the same mistake before
Now your mine." Edouard said. As if this can't get any worse. The bitch's come to these nightmares. Did I repeat the past?
"What now? Do you want to be slapped?" I said as I rise my hands towards her height.

"No, I just wanted to see you crying but seems I am late" WTF...She drops that shit and runs off.
"Lizzy!" Bennet said as ran towards me but sweaty.
"Omg. I thought I lost you... promise me that you never leave me" His voice was shaking and nearly in audio.
" Okay. Now, you're going away from this house like the kind of dog you're," he said with some sassy. They left even my parents. I wonder why? They are scared of me when am mad.
"Sassy, Have you ever heard that never fall too hard because you can be crushed hard? I feel horrible" I said.
"Don't worry, I am here for you. Those words are true unlike those " humans " He said as he hug me.
"Liz," He called out.
"Yes, "I reply.
"Stay" It felt like it was a statement but also a question to me.
"Sure"
"Please if one of those fake humans comes near you."
"I will"
"Okay"
Hours passed and Bennet left for his house.
I  walked towards my room to try to forget about him without cutting as I promised. Unexpectedly pairs of arms grab my wrists. I tried to scream but someone's hands cover my mouth.
"Liz, you need to know. The real truth of the past." Eduardo urgently explains himself.
How in the world did he get inside my room?
