With a small and sneaky smile gleaming on my face, I stared Ryoko in the eyes and giggled loudly for everyone in the arena to hear before saying "game on bitch..."

Ryoko glared at me as if her eyes were daggers but to hell was she intimidating me now. As if she could sense my new found confidence in myself, she fisted her hands causing large pink and white flames to form around them. "Ohh... Have I made the money god angry?? Awww that's a shame" I sarcastically whined, causing more anger to build up inside of her.  Before I could say anything else to my opponent she quickly flung her arm pointing towards me, quickly firing yet another ball of flame. My reaction only being to raise my arm again in attempt to block her attack but to my surprise my shield didn't appear.

In its place formed a blue orb which was doing nothing but increasing in size. Slightly starting to panic since her flames were closing in on me, my facial expression turned from confident women, to desperate girl. However, if my body reacted to my change of emotions the orb fired from my hand, aiming straight for the pink flames.

All of the crowds waited for the two attacks to collide  , second felt like minutes as time stood still as pink clashed with blue. The moment they conflicted eachother the pink flames engrossed the blue orb, flames were spitting like a sparkler on bonfire night. Although, as everyone was beginning to think my attack was ineffective... A blue light started to break through the pink flames, increasing in brightness and also in size. Within a split second blue flames started to wrap round the pink and slowly began to dominate this fire war before finally totally consuming it. Once there was no remainder of ryoko's attack, my blue flames orb stretched from circular to linear to retracted back towards me. Not knowing how to respond to my attack flying back towards me, I again held my arm back out which absorbed my attack. It didn't hurt, sting or conflict any pain... It felt strange... It felt like a part of me had returned...

Hypnotised from my attack that had returned to my arm, I was unable to notice Ryoko's sly attack as she came crashing from above ready to kick me to the ground but just in the nick of time, my instincts kicked in as my hand crashed against her ankle. Locking like a pitbull's jaw, I slung me arm towards the ground bringing the goddess of wealth's limp body with it. After the dust from the ground cleared from the arena, Ryoko was seen in a crater created from the impact of my defence.

My body instantly froze as my usual, nice self came back out... As if I was ripping the wall of confidence with my bare hands. I quickly let go of ryoko's leg as a slight tear of regret cradled my right eye. Ryoko's was bruised and bloody when she opened up her eyes however just as though my attack didn't faze her, she jumped back to her stumbling feet and back flipped so she would distance herself from me. Quite surprised from the gymnastics show that had just be acted, I stepped backwards in response.

The blonde hair and blue eyed goddess didn't give me a chance to apologise as within seconds of getting back into her feet, she had already approached me. Our hand to hand combat begin off slow but as our attacks became stronger, our speed also increased. To the crowd, everything was a blur but to me and Ryoko everything was ever so clear. Punches were being flung and kicks were being dodged left, right and centre.

Suddenly I slammed across the arena, skidding across the floor in the process. Even though I was trying to act fearsome like when my powers first came to me, that characteristic just wasn't returning to me. "You can do it... Just go with your instincts... Do what your heart desires" a voice said... It took some repeating to realise that it was Kanamori. Quite shaken and feeling that her advice may be my last resort, I closed me eyes to let my soul take over.

Reopening my eyes revealed that my rival was planning her winning attack, the attack looked the same only larger... And the power of her flames seemed stronger. Even the crowd quaked from the energy coming from her body, soul and mind. Remembering the advice that had just been given to me, I stood up. There was a moment of silence that hit the arena before I quickly jumped up. To my surprise I jumped high enough that I landed right on top of the stone barrier surrounding the captains area.

I gazed upon my captain, who let me add, was quite shocked that I had jumped so high and that I had lasted this long. As if I wasn't even in the fight, I let out a small giggle, smile and waved. Still on the stone fencing, I turned to see that Ryoko followed my moves and was aiming right at me and my captain so in order to divert her attack, I needed to attack quick. My soul was telling me what to do and without hesitation, I followed its orders...
