(Y/N) turned the crisp old book to the page which had been highlighted. Even though (Y/N) wanted nothing to do with the life her parents wanted for her, she couldn't help but become curious to the aspects of the world that they wanted to introduce. Her mind and heart was telling her to shut the book again as she was scared about the information she was about to discover but something inside of her was screaming for her to carry on. After a slight contemplation on whether to carry on reading, her eyes met the first words on the page...
"Gods, Goddess' and Deities have always and will always be among us. All of the Gods sat among the stars whilst they watched our world be created... They watched the animals, humans, nature as they unravelled and evolved. It was not until man discovered war when they decided to join us on our planet. Some Gods weeped at the sight of the blood shed that the humans were creating, others bathed in it and a few couldn't care less but each of the Gods had their own abilities and powers to which they bestowed upon the Earth on their arrival. Most believers think that Gods are infinite and do never pass on to the after life, which is true. However they do not stay in the same bodies as there life span is only as long as there vessels (Bodies) which causes then to reincarnate. When they reincarnate, they become one with the vessel. They are not separate beings but they do hold separate memories of their own pasts. The vessel will not become completely in touch with their god side and will not receive their powers or/and abilities until they fully believe it and in themselves."
(Y/N) looked up in shock to let her mind take a break, she then looked at the page again to discover that there were profiles on some of the gods. All of them looked powerful, graceful, smart... well godlike. But one of them was highlighted... She went by the name Kanamori Shina. Intrigued and a little bit excited, (Y/N) carried on reading.
