2 months later
Hazel's POV
Me and Carly were woken up in the middle of the night when Demi was calling us.
We got up and ran to her room.
"What is it Demi??" Carly asked.
"I think the baby is coming!" She cried.
Oh god.
"Hazel, call Wilmer." She tossed her phone in my direction whilst she tried to get up.

We arrived at the hospital and Demi's face was all scrunched up. They lead us to a room and Demi lay on the bed and closed her eyes.
Granny and Grandpa came around the corner.
"Granny! Grandpa!" We jumped up and hugged them.
"Mum, Dad can you take them home for the night??" Demi said with her eyes closed.
So that night we went home with Granny and Grandad.

Demi's POV
This is so painful.
I wonder how Hazel and Carly's biological Mother managed having twins!
Nick arrived at the hospital.
I hugged him and Wilmer left for some reason and Nick was gonna help deliver my baby.
I held on to his hands and the midwife told me to push.
Some time later I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy.
But he wasn't breathing.
