*Happy's POV*
I left my room the next day. I went downstairs and Violet just got home from school.
"What day is it?" I ask mum
"It's Thursday" she says
"Um.. I was thinking of staying a bit longer, if you agree." I ask them both
"Yess!!" Violet screamed cheerfully jumping out of her seat and hugged me
"Of course you can. We want you to stay as long as you want." Mum says smiling.
"I mean you have to show up for my birthday party this Saturday." She says
"You thought I forgot?" I ask her giggling
"Yeah, but this time it's a little different. Almost whole neighborhood are coming." Mum says
"Why?" I ask a bit confused
"Well, we wanted to make on of those barbecue parties for the neighborhood we use to have, you remember?" She says
"Oh yeah, those were cool." I say
"You will be there?" Mum asks making sure.
"Of course, it's for Violet." I say
"That's why Chris brought this box yesterday. There are things for the party in there. He is bringing one more today." She says
"You still trying to make me date him?" I say
"No." Mum said lying
I roll my eyes.
After a while, he came with another box.
"Hi." He says
"Sup?" Me and Violet say at the same time. We all chuckle.
"Chris, are you coming to the party?" Violet asks
"Yeah, both me and Chad." He says and Violet looked me quickly. I knew what was she thinking. I think Chad is her crush.
"Are you coming?" He asked me and I nod.
"To be social for once." I say
After a while he left and I talked to Violet.
"Let me guess, Chad is your 'boyfriend' and he is Chris's brother isn't he?" I ask
"How do you know?" She asks
"I'm not blind." I say
After few moments she said:
"You still haven't told me about Beth and the girls. What happened with them?" She asks
I started talking the whole story. After I told her, she said:
"I never thought they would do such a thing."
"Well, I didn't as well, but I'm glad Jessie cares." I say and Violet nod
"Oh, one more thing." She said
"Will you wear a dress for my birthday? Please please please. I haven't seen you in a dress for a long time,I have a dress for you, please please, I'll wear one as well." She says
I frown, but sigh and approve it
"Fine, fine. I'll wear it." I say and she hugged me
"You're the best." She said still hugging me.
I missed her.
