We spent the next day in synchronized sneezing and coughing together. I'm getting better as days pass by. Simon isn't, so I'm taking more care of him than myself.
"Here you go." I say with a smile handing him a cup of tea
"Thanks."
"Hey Happy?" Simon asks me
"Yeah?"
"Can you kiss me?" He says
"You don't have to ask me that, you know." I say smiling wrapping myself in his arms.
He pressed his lips onto mine. The softness of his lips amuses me as he holds me.
"And when we get better, we'll have our adventures again." He says with a smile
"I live for those moments" I say
"I'm gonna be really cheesy now, but I'm so happy I met you. Ever since that I've-" He says but I finish his sentence:
"Like you've come out of your shell."
"How you know that?" he asks
"Josh told me." I say and smile. He chuckles
"And where were you before me?" he asks
"Same as you to be honest. Moping around my flat, loved the isolation, and basically hate going anywhere with girls, I still do." I say and continue
"But with you, I would love to go anywhere on this planet. And I wouldn't mind at all." I say
"Aww" he says joking around hugging me.
After the few moments of silence he mentions:
"We don't even know each other for long and it feels like I've known you for years" he says looking at me.
"Yeah, I agree" I say snuggling close to him.
This is heaven.
