Chapter 8: Kai's Rival

Kai and Chanyeol were walking back home....but Chanyeol was pretty mad.

"Why do you look so mad, huh?" Kai asked him and Chan looked at him like his eyes were blazing on fire.

Chanyeol punched him in the face. Kai got hit by the wall.

"WERE YOU TRYING TO BLOW OUR COVER?!" Chan yelled.

Kai's back hit the floor and he moaned in pain.

Kai stood up.

"I don't wanna live like this anymore." Kai said.

Chanyeol puts out a ball of fire from his hand.

Then they heard footsteps.

"You guys are gonna fight again?" A man's voice was heard from the dark shadow.

He took a few steps, and now his face was completely shown.

"Kris..." Chanyeol murmured.

Kai looked at him angrily.

"It has been long....Kai." Kris greeted.

"Why did you come back here?" Kai asked him.

Kai and Kris have been rivals ever since they were kids. It was all because of who will be worthy to be a full-pledged leader of the 12 guys. Kai was worthy, but in the end, Kris was chosen.

Ever since that event, Kai had hatred for him.

"I heard from Park Chanyeol that you're planning to tell a girl who we really are. And I won't allow that." Kris said.

"DO YOU HAVE ANY RIGHT TO ORDER ME TO DO THAT?!" Kai yelled at him.

"I have a right." Kris simply said and smirked.

"What are you doing here?" Chanyeol asked him.

"I'm gonna go be a student in the school you guys are in. A senior student." Kris said.

"Okay, let's go." Chanyeol said.

Kris launched into air. His ability is flight, though. Kai was all alone.

He teleported.
