"So, anything interesting happened at work yesterday?" Aubrey asked as she sipped her milk, and I shrugged, looking at my plate of pasta.

"Nothing really," I said, thinking about the previous day. To be honest, the first thing I thought of was that Liam guy that's in my Music class, though that wasn't anything interesting. It was just... Out of the ordinary.

"Oh, hell no," I groaned, looking at the entrance of the cafeteria. Speaking of the devil...

"What?" Scarlett said, turning around so she could see what I was looking at. Unfortunately for me, Liam was standing near the door alone.

"Ooh, he's cute!" She grinned at me before turning around again, and this time the other girls did as well. I rolled my eyes, already kind of annoyed. They always did this, whenever I found a guy's presence unwanted.

"He's annoying," I grumbled, shoving macaroni and cheese in my mouth, as I watched him as well. Cute. Hmpf. I've seen lizards cuter than him.

"Who is he?" Larissa turned to me, the look in her eyes vivid. She was always the most excited one when there was a guy in my life, or in this case, a guy that got on my nerves.

"I've no idea. This guy in my Music class." I shrugged, and now that all four of the girls were looking at me, they narrowed their eyes at me. Every one of them.

"What?" I frowned at them, and they just looked among each other, smirking. Okay. Now I was officially pissed off.

"You know," Carolyn started, playing with her salad. "It'll be easier for you to just tell us." The others nodded. I sighed; why did they love pissing me off before 9 in the morning? I swear, I'd never had breakfast without wanting to stab at least one of them.

"I have nothing to tell you!" I exclaimed. "He came for a coffee yesterday and-"

"Hey!" Aubrey cut me off. "I asked if anything interesting happened!"

"Yeah, and I said no, 'cause nothing happened," I finally said and exhaled at the end. I never had a problem with them thinking there was a guy in my life, but I had to get this straight; Liam? Oh no. Never.

"Hey guys, what'd I miss?" Briana said in a cheery tone as she sat down next to me. If they loved me, they wouldn't tell her.

"Sal's got a crush," Larissa said before I could say anything, which caused me to gape at her. I guess she didn't love me.

"Hey, what the fuck?" I exclaimed and she just shrugged, as if she hadn't just told the biggest lie ever.

"I'm just speaking the truth," She retorted. Yeah, right. And I actually like Liam.

"Who is he?" Briana asked excitedly, and I couldn't help but bury my face in my hands. This was a great way to start the day.

"That guy over there, with the buzz cut," I heard Carolyn say and I mentally slapped her.

"I'm not seeing a buzz cut anywhere," Briana said, her voice slightly less excited. I looked through my fingers to see Carolyn rolling her eyes. "That one over there, with the really short hair!" Scarlett said, sounding a little annoyed as well.

"Woohoo!" Briana made a non-human noise, and while the other girls laughed, I just wanted to bury her alive. Larissa's excitement about me and guys was nothing compared to Briana's.

"He is one nice piece of white ass," I heard her say, and I couldn't help but laugh a little at her statement. Liam, a nice piece of white ass? Were we even looking at the same guy?

"Are you fucking kidding me?" I said as I looked up at Liam, taking the opportunity to have a sip of my milk. Nope. We were difintely not looking at the same guy.
