"But daddy. I really loved him." You could overhear your 15 year old daughter talking to your husband Liam about her broken relationship. "I know you loved him, but maybe this broken heart will bring happiness in the end. You know, when I broke up with Danielle I was so heartbroken that I wouldn't do anything. I wouldn't eat. I wouldn't sleep. All I could do was think about her. Until your mother came along. I immediately knew that she was the one for me. If I hadn't broken up with Danielle, I wouldn't be married to your mother. Things will get better in the end." He said hugging your daughter. "I know they will. I love you. That's all that matters right now." He kissed her on the top of the head and walked out of the room.
Niall:
"No, dad, it's fine. I don't need anything. It was just a breakup. No big deal." Your son Zak said pushing off the subject. "Are you sure? When I had my first broken heart, I thought I was going to die. It was so painful. You don't have to hide any of your feelings. I'll listen to you." Niall suggested. "Fine. I really did like her, but it just wasn't working out. We were so different and everyone kept talking about us! Niall's son has a girlfriend. Zak has a girlfriend! Did you know that Zak and Anne are dating now! That's all I ever heard! I just couldn't take it any more. Thanks for listening dad. It means a lot." "No problem buddy. Any time."
