Harry: Stepping into the apartment, you let out a low groan as you tossed your purse onto the counter top and slid your feet from your shoes. Your hand rubbed the back of your aching neck as you made your way into the kitchen. "Really?" You breathed out once you entered the abnormally empty room. Your eyes glanced at the clock above the table, another sigh leaving your lips. "No!" You heard a scream from down the hall. "That is such bullshit!" Making your way towards your bedroom, you opened the door to find Harry and Niall sitting in front of the television, controllers in hand with Mario Kart playing across the screen. "Did you guys eat yet?" They nodded their heads, eyes still glued onto the television. "Cool." You muttered, "Not like I was promised dinner when I got home or anything." Harry's head perked up at your comment - damn his incredible hearing. Shuffling from his seat on the floor, which earned him a questioning glance from Niall, Harry walked over to you and handed you the controller. "Sit and play with Niall for a bit, yeah? I'll make something for you." He leaned forward to press a kiss to your temple. "Stop stressing yourself out, love," he murmured before exiting the bedroom.

Liam: Toying with the phone in your hand, you opened up Unblock Me. You had passed six levels before he finally piped up. "You're mad, aren't you?" Averting your eyes from your phone to your computer screen, you tried your hardest to reduce the annoyed tone in your voice. "No, Liam, I'm not mad at all. It's not like I stayed up until one in the morning, waiting for a call from my boyfriend who I wake up to realize had fallen asleep because he was too busy partying." He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, his eyes cast downward as soon as your gaze went back to your phone. "I'm sorry," He murmured. "I didn't think I was going to get so carried away." Tapping his fingertips against his laptop, Liam added, "I honestly did try to call you. But everyone said it'd be best if I just waited until the morning because you'd be more upset if I acted like an idiot while on video." His fingers fumbled nervously, a frown now pulling at his lips. "I know I should have at least texted you, or gotten one of the boys to, so you wouldn't have stayed up so late. And I'm sorry." Letting out a defeated sigh, you nodded your head as you set your phone down. "It's in the past, it's okay. At least we're talking now, right?"

Louis: Your eyes fell upon the front door, your eyebrows pinching together in a disappointed manner. Giving your head a short shake, you pulled the birthday hat off the top of your head and set it on the table. You then trudged into your bedroom and plopped onto the bed, not even bothering to peel the party clothes from your body. "It's not like he promised or anything," You muttered, trying desperately to pull yourself from the small slump you were in. "You knew what you were getting yourself into when you started dating 'the Louis Tomlinson', [Y/N]. You can't blame this on him. He's got a busy schedule and, let's face it, work is more important than you are right now. They're just about to leave for their next world tour and.." Your bottom lip began quivering, forcing you to bury your face into his pillow. "And there's a lot of things they have to prepare for," You whimpered, the tears that were now falling from your eyes getting lost in the fabric of the pillow. Pulling the comforter over your body, you pulled your knees to your chest and shut your eyes tight, hoping more than anything to wake tomorrow with him curled up beside you.

Niall: Shrugging your shoulders, your fingers idly traced along the wood pattern of your desk. "I'm really sorry, babe," He murmured. His voice was only an octave higher than a whisper - making it any louder would make his sorrow only more obvious. His eyebrows were pulled together and the corners of his lips were beginning to descend down his face. "I know I promised, but there's just so much we have to do before we leave and there isn't any time for me to stay with you for more than a day and I just.. I'm sorry." Shaking your head slowly, you had to swallow the lump that was beginning to form in the back of your throat. "Don't worry about it, Niall," You responded. You tried speaking in a normal tone to add some reassurance to your sentence, but your voice only ended up cracking. Again, your gaze fell to your desk. "It's understandable," You started. Your head was absentmindedly nodding along with your words and you honestly couldn't tell if it was for his benefit or your own. "I get that you have things to do and I'm not.. It's okay." Again, you picked up your gaze to look at your computer screen. "I'll see when I see you, I guess. Right?" Running a hand through his hair, Niall let out a elongated sigh before nodding. "Yeah, I guess," He finally uttered.

Zayn: "But you promised!" You whined. You didn't care if you were acting childish and making a scene; in your mindset, he shouldn't have been dumb enough to agree to something he wasn't fully committed to. Zayn placed his hands on your shoulders, his brown eyes giving you a warning look before he sternly murmured, "I know I promised. But a dog's a big responsibility and since I'm leaving for tour soon, I figured it would make more sense if we waited until I came back." You simply stared at him, your bottom lip pushing out to form a pout. "God damnit, [Y/N]," He grumbled, dropping his arms back to his sides. "I'm not the one who broke a promise here," You retorted. "So don't be mad at me. You shouldn't have told me we were getting a dog if we weren't actually getting one. You're the one who got my hopes up, Zayn. Don't try to pin this on me." Frustratedly running his fingers through his hair, his eyes fell upon the pout still prominent on your lips before a defeated sigh fell from his lips. "I swear, if this thing poops on anything of mine.." He began, though his sentence was cut off with a kiss to his lips. Pulling away, you slid your hand into his and began making your way back to the pet store. "You're lucky I love you," Zayn simply muttered as he followed after you.
