"Why didn't you answer me?" she asked again. "I don't know. It woke me up. I didn't even realize we fell asleep." I said. I wonder why she's so worried. "Please answer your phone next time. I thought something bad happened to you two." "Jessica, don't worry. If something ever went wrong, you know you're one of the first people I would call." I reassured her.
"Would you like some breakfast, Billa?" I asked. None of us had eaten yet. Everyone mustive been hungry. "Sure! Surprise me." So I headed into the kitchen to fix breakfast as everyone socialized in the living room. Everyime I turned my head to see how they were doing, Bill would be watching me. Within twenty minutes, though, I had breakfast ready.
I had the table set and a piece of a paper towel over the breakfast food. As sson as we sat down, I took it off and Bill became SO happy. "WAFFLES!!!!!" he screamed. I'm taking that as he likes waffles. "Yeah, and they're made from scratch."
Everybody seemed to like my waffles, including Bill, because there wasn't a single one left in the end.
