Leda smiled as she looked at her son jumping about. The smile that decorated her face could not be wiped away.
"Mommy! Mommy! Daddy's coming home today!" Mason, her son cheered as he jumped about.
"Yes. Are you excited?" "Yes! I can't wait to see Uncle Ronnie, Ryan and Derek!"
She pulled him in for a hug and they stayed in that position.
It wasn't until the doorbell rang that they moved. "Daddy!!" Mason yelled and jumped into Jacky's arms.
"Mason! I missed you so much!"
He set his bags down and swung Mason around in a playful manner. Their laughter filled the room, making the atmosphere feel wonderful.
'Life couldn't get anymore better than this.' Leda thought and watched as her family enjoyed each other.
