It was tech rehearsal for the panto. Bella had her own mic which she would thread through her wig cap and under the wig. She wasn't dressed in any of her costumes as she was only asked to put on her end of act 1 costume so that she could do the costume change that she had to do.
Her phone pinged as she was finishing getting her mic fitted. She saw a message from Tom wishing her a merry Christmas and that something was getting couriered up to the theatre where she was performing.
Bella put her phone on silent and put it in her back pocket. They started up with act 1 tonight and ran through all the technical things that needed to be done.
They ran scene changes a few times, when they were mastered then they moved onto the next scene.
Her phone had pinged again. Bella looked at her watch to see that Tom had messaged her, but via WhatsApp. She didn't think that Tom used WhatsApp.
He had sent a photo to her with Willow. As, she couldn't see the photo on her watch, she got her phone out and checked the photo.
"Aww that's so cute." Bella said to herself.
It was now her time to shine. Her only solo song that she had to sing. Crazy Rolling. Well, she became famous when singing it, that when the video went viral the Producer and Director had managed to procure the video of Bella and Tom and that they were going to play it on the video screen that they have above the stage.
But also, they had personally messaged Tom to ask if he would come and be on stage with Bella singing with her. Tom replied to them to let them know that he was going to be watching the show and that he was staying in town for the night and would be available to sing the song with Bella dressed as the prince.
As it was, Tom was coming to the very first show with a few of his mates. Well Sam Swainsbury, Mandip Gill along with Matt Lewis who only live 40 miles away was up to coming to see a good panto along with his Mrs. So, they managed to secure tickets for the evening show as well. Tom was sent a script where he would learn the lines and then watch the show and try and do what the current prince is doing.
So the tech and dress rehearsals went off without a hitch.
