"Come on!" Coach shouted in rage after blowing his whistle. "Is that thing even  teenager? I wanna see a birth certificate!"

Brie laughed after hearing the man's shouts.

"I've never understood this game," her mom, Jenny, said from beside her, wincing at the game being played. "Why must it be so violent."

"Because teenage boys are stupid," Brie laughed. "They find fun in knocking each other out."

"You can say that again," Melissa McCall said from her seat beside Jenny.

Brie saw Stiles get up from where he was sitting on the bench. He motioned for her to follow to which she nodded.

They had a plan to sneak into the school while Allison's grandfather was distracted. Allison just had to get his key, which by the looks of things, she seemed to have accomplished that already.

"I'm going to go over and sit with Allison for a while," Brie excused herself. "I'll see you guys in a while."

"Alright, honey, have fun," Jenny smirked at Melissa as she left. "Does she not think we saw Stiles motioning to follow her?"

"Ah, to be young and in love," Melissa laughed. "I remember making out behind the bleachers."

Brie and Stiles ran from the pitch and towards the school.

"You got the keys?" She asked him, trying to keep quiet enough.

In response he dangled the keys in front of her face.

"Perfect," she smiled. "Now all we gotta do is-"

She cut herself off after hearing a very muffled sound of crying coming from one of the nearby cars. She took a step closer and saw that it was Lydia.

"Stiles wait," she whispered, walking closer to the car. "Look."

He saw what she saw and immediately went to check it out. "Hey, Lydia, what's wrong?"

In response the strawberry blonde began to roll up her window.

"Lyds, come on-" Brie started softly.

"Just go away."

"What's wrong, babes," Brie didn't stop. She would never leave a friend like this. She hasn't been a good enough friend to Lydia recently so now she felt horrible.

"Look, I don't need anyone seeing me cry," Lydia said, wiping away her tears.

"Oh no, Lydia you shouldn't care if anyone sees you cry," Brie started. "Especially you."

"Why?" Lydia asked, still not looking at either of them.

Brie looked over to Stiles for help. Stiles nodded before speaking. "Because I think you look really beautiful when you cry."

This warmed Bries heart. She was surprised she felt no jealously or anger when she heard Stiles call Lydia beautiful. It actually made her heart melt.
