The trio walked into school together the next morning, listening to what Stiles had heard from his dad.

"She ate the liver?" Scott asked in confusion.

"No, I didn't say she ate it," Stiles replied. "I just said it was missing."

"Even if she did eat a liver, so what?" Brie defended the girl. "It's, like, the most nutritious part of the body."

"I never ate anyone's liver," Scott pointed out in disgust.

"Well, that's your problem," Brie crossed her arms. "Your not exactly a model of self-control, Scott."

"Actually, wait, hold on," Stiles stopped them both from walking and faced them. "You're the test case for this, so we should be going over what happened to you," he said to Scott.

"What do you mean?" Scott asked.

"Like, what was going through your mind when you were turning, you know?" Brie helped Stiles out. "What we're you drawn to?"

"Allison."

"Why am I not surprised?" the blonde sighed heavily.

"Okay, nothing else?" Stiles asked. "Seriously?"

"Nothing else mattered."

"Gonna pretend we didn't hear that," Brie said quietly but still loud enough.

"But, no, that's good though, right?" Scott said optimistically. "Because the night she was bit, she was mostly with you guys and you were the last person she saw, Brie."

"Yeah," Brie sighed sadly. "But she was looking for Jackson."

As if on cue, Jackson's car pulled into the parking lot.

"I just don't get it," Brie sighed. "You didn't do this when you got bit."

"Maybe it's different for girls?" Stiles suggested.

"Come on, we gotta get to class," Scott said. "We can figure this out later."

"You got detention after school?" Brie repeated what Stiles had told her as she was putting her books in her locker.

"I'm lucky he didn't give me detention for the rest of the year," Stiles chuckled, leaning against the locker beside her.

"What a jerk," she rolled her eyes. "Did you talk to Jackson?"

"Yeah," Stiles scoffed. "And he just doesn't care about Lydia, like, at all."

"He's such a jackass," Brie contorted her face with anger, putting the books she needed into her bag. "He's the reason she's in this mess. She went looking for him and I went looking for her, so really, he's to blame for it all."

"He also left in the middle of class in a hurry," he went on as she closed her locker and leaned up against it to face him. "Danny said he got a nose bleed or something."

"A nose bleed?"

"Yeah," he nodded. "Super weird."

She noticed Allison talking to some guy across the corridor and furrowed her brows in question.

"What?" Stiles asked, looking to follow her line of vision. "Who's that."

"No idea," she muttered. She began to make her way over to the girl with Stiles when she heard a few girls gossiping.
