Staring into space the boy dismissed the fact that he was standing in rain, he ignored the shivers that ran down his spine as he grabbed a rock and threw it on a window, a window that was covered by a curtain hiding the figure of his best friends. ''Oh come on,'' The boy said as his best friend finally opened the window.

''What do you want??''

''To apologize man and that's all, it doesn't matter if you don't forgive me and it's because I don't deserve it.'' He started and then paused looking at his best friend for a 'go ahead' or 'continue' nod. He nodded.

''Look, I didn't know you had feelings for Kayla but I wasn't oblivious to see the way she looked at you and the kiss- man the kiss was in the heat of the moment, she didn't kiss me back and I know what it looked like but it wasn't like that, I'm sorry I let a girl get in the way of our friendship and besides you mean more, all forgotten?'' I asked.

''All forgiven but you have to do the laundry for a month, so do we have a deal??'' He asked as I nodded.

''Now come on in before my mum scolds me for keeping you out here man.'' He said as I chuckled and walked towards the door.
