3rd Person POV.
Malia stands by the fountain with Archie, looking through her notes. She drops a couple as Fred walks by and helps her pick them up. "Dropped these."
"Thanks." Malia says, taking them back and going back to her notes.
"... Um." Fred says.
"Careful, Nikki might see it." Malia says coldly.
"... Okay." Fred says, annoyed walking away.
Malia then sees Cedric in the halls. "Hey Malia."
"Hey Cedric." she waves.
"I heard you were dating Ryan." Cedric asks.
"I heard you were dating Cho Chang." Malia mimics.
He laughs, "Yeah I am."
"Isn't it funny how things just work out sometimes?" Malia says.
"I always thought you would end up with Fred." Cedric smiles.
"Really?" Malia laughs, nervously.
"Yeah. But. I'm happy, you're happy Malia." Cedric smiles.
"I'm glad you found someone who really truly loves you." Malia smiles.
"Cedric." Amos calls. "We gotta go."
"Go, I need to see Harry before the competition starts. Don't feel bad though, I'm rooting for you both." Malia smiles.
Meanwhile
Before the tournament starts, Fred pulls Nikki aside. "Nikki..."
"I know." she nods.
"I love you. You know that right?" Fred adds.
"I love you too Weasley." she smiles.
"I'm so sorry." Fred says.
"It's not your fault. We just weren't meant to be." Angelina adds.
"I feel like such a dickhead. I really do like you. I swear." Fred swears.
"I like you too. And I know your feelings were genuine." Angelina says.
He then goes for a kiss on the cheek while she goes for a handshake. "Let's agree to never touch." Angelina says.
"Agreed." Fred nods.
Fred walks back to his family. "Is that you're new girlfriend Freddie? She's pretty."
"Where? Who?" Molly says.
"Good one son!" Arthur smiles, smacking his back.
"Um, no. We actually just broke up."
"Sorry mate." Bill says.
"It's fine, we just didn't work." Fred says.
Fred and George then get to work on getting more bets.
