Those that remain are changed forcibly through hyper-evolution to be the perfect masters of their domain, the perfect predators. In this wasteland, one man tries to find the answer to survival and discovers what it really means to be human.

Willow is getting married to the love of her life. They met in college in the library by the printer, they started to talk and they ended up going out for coffee and falling in love. Now 6 years later they have flown their family and closest friends to an island to a destination wedding. Willow's maid of honor is her best friend, she met Octavia in sophomore year in high school after they both told the gym teacher they had their period and he let them off. Octavia was the closest thing Willow to a sister and they had been each other lifeboat. The love of her of life, Josh, best man was his oldest and best friend Beckham. They have known each other since the 3 grade, and their had been thick as thieves since.
