✯ LA ✯
After Jhacari had very reluctantly gotten his hoodie and his sunglasses from the room, he had discreetly headed out of the basketball camp in which he was in right now.
Everything had worked pretty well... but as Jhacari was literally about to take the fire exit to leave.
There was Isabelle from the plane, completely stopping him in his tracks.
"Jhacari!" She had greeted him, throwing her arms around him in a hug, Jhacari not doing anything because he really didn't like her.
"Thought I'd find you here."
"What? You were stalking me?" He had frowned at her, with Isabelle just staring straight at him, Jhacari doing the same thing through his sunglasses.
Then he very slowly folded his arms.
And Isabelle laughed.
"What? No, I was just making my way to the toilet and I saw you... anyway, I have a question."
Jhacari very rudely rolled his eyes.
First he didn't like her.
Now she was talking to him.
And lastly.. she had a question?
Could his day get any worse...
"Lay it on me."
But in reality he didn't want to hear it.
"Why did you really come here? Weren't you at someone else's house? What happened?"
Jhacari was just suspicious as to why Isabelle wasn't annoyed at him over what had happened on the plane earlier today.
"Uhm... no thanks. And no disrespect to you but you're by far the worst fan girl I have ever met."
Isabelle was insane alright.
She was insane in the membrane.
And she was insane in the brain.
"You can't resist this," Isabelle had said to him, before bringing him closer to her to take a picture with her. "Smile, Jhacari!"
Jhacari had refused but she had still taken the picture anyway.
She had also tagged him as well as captioning it with:
Met this sensational superstar on the plane today. Jhacari's my new boyfriend, y'all! He loves me!
That wasn't true one bit.
"I'm not your boyfriend, Isabelle. We're three years apart."
"Oh, boohoo!" She complained. "Age is just a number. I've got way more followers than you on Instagram, like five million more? Everyone will believe me!"
Jhacari had even posted on his Instagram when he still had it that they weren't together, and they never had been in the first place.
He didn't know what to say to that.
He really came here for Gianna, but he couldn't exactly say that.
He knew what Isabelle was like.
"I'm here because I thought to myself why share me with one person when all of you can share me at the same time?"
Hopefully that was a good response.
"Yeah, but you're not even interacting with any of us though." Isabelle whined, crossing her arms.
"Yeah, 'cause y'all done kept on bombarding me with questions earlier, and you know I don't like that crap," Jhacari had shouted at her.
Then he had received a text message.
The taxi driver is getting tired
So hurry up
Or he'll get fired
From that No Caller ID person yesterday, but now they had actually revealed their number, after having to call someone.
"Look, Isabelle. I really have to go somewhere right now, but when I come back, you guys can all hang out with me, as long as y'all don't interrogate me. You happy?"
She smiled.
She threw him into a pretty gargantuan hug again, saying that she had loved him.
But Jhacari had loved Gianna... maybe.
Sort of... kind of.
He was developing a teeny bit crush on her, especially after that pretty unprecedented kiss.
And hopefully, she had felt the exact same way— but then again Jhacari already kinda knew she did. He had seen her fan page on Instagram.
He didn't want to say that he had loved Isabelle back, so he had therefore said I love Youtube really fast, under his breath.
Then he was off for good.
The taxi ride to Club Superstar was very awkward in the sense that Jhacari hadn't talked to the taxi driver at all, and vice versa.
"Aight, we here. That's seventeen dollars."
Jhacari freaked out a lot.
"You said I didn't have to pay 'cause I was a superstar."
He changed his mind apparently, but Jhacari didn't have that kind of money.
The black and almost bald taxi driver rolled his eyes.
"I was messing with you," he confessed. "Just get out the damn taxi already. I have a crap ton of work to do."
Jhacari had listened to him, so he had gotten out of the black taxi instantaneously.
But he really didn't know what he had signed up for. He didn't know what he had gotten himself into, basically.
Club Superstar was interesting... although it didn't really look like much of a nightclub, at all.
All the corridors had looked the same to be honest, with pictures being up on the wall of important people that had come to the nightclub, both living and deceased as well.
The song The Jump Off by Lil Kim was blasting out through the speakers, with everyone jamming to the last bit.
Jhacari had done the same thing to himself as well as he had actually known the song.
Spread love, that's what a real mob do
Keep it gangsta, look out for her, people
I'm the wicked queen of the east, you better keep the peace, aiyyo
Or out come the beast
We the best still there's room for improvement
Our presence is felt like a Black Panther movement
Seven quarter to eights, back to back with 'em
And I'm sittin' on chrome, seven times platinum
This is for my peeps
With the Bentleys, the Hummers, the Benz
Escalades, twenty three inch rims
Jumpin' out the Jaguar with the Tims, keep your bread up
And live good
East coast, West coast, worldwide
All my playas in the hood, stay fly
And if your ballin', let me hear you say right
People were playing cards on the table when he had arrived, with everyone staring at him when they had seen him.
Jhacari was scared.
"Yoooo! That's Jhacari!" Some Asian dude had screamed from the top of his lungs.
Even with sunglasses did people know who he was, and his hood was up full length as well. Jhacari didn't know who had been calling him earlier.
As in, who the No Caller ID person really was.
But by the look on this guy's face, with a black tuxedo, black shoes and sunglasses too... yep. That was definitely the guy.
He had been sitting down on a chair the whole time, waiting Jhacari to come.
So he did.
But he wasn't happy.
As he was ten minutes late.
Yeah, if someone says they love you and you don't feel the same way, just say I love YouTube really fast.
