You woke up for coldness... With nill energy... You saw him besides you sleeping peacefully...
He didn't had blanket & it's cold... As AC is high for you... So you reduced the AC & as it is still cold... You pull out a bedsheet from the drawer besides your bed.. & covered him too... He woke up bue to sudden change of weather..

You: no no minshii I'm fine... Why didn't you wore blanket?
Jm: hmm.. Dr said you have to be in cold place so i turned on AC too high.. But if I wore blanket it will cover you too right so I didn't wore...
