"Bad" end: You kill yourself out of fear and because of Nagito murdering Hajime (spoilers, sorry.) And he somehow gets into heaven or you go to hell with him and then the story is over
"Good" end: Hajime/Izuru's spirit protects you from Nagito by making you preform and exorcism or something and you and Hajime live happily ever after or smth.
