There's a Mummy on Main Street Part 2
Outside the tent
Faith's POV
"I work for an organization that keeps creatures and things that go bump in the night from the public view" Clarke said to us "I thought I recognized you and Jessica-" Clarke started talking on to be interrupted "it Hope actually and that's Faith" Hope said as I give a small wave "I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence so we searched your van we know you're Alaric Saltzman headmaster of the Salvatore School we know a lot about it you have a terrific reputation" Clarke said and you could tell Ric wasn't happy that they knew about the school.
"You leave the school out of this" Ric said in his scary voice "look I applaud your schools mission if you do your job right it makes mine easier" Clarke confessed "so why are we still here" Ric asked "well I have an entire town that needs to forget what they've seen today, you know usually it's convincing a farmer in Nebraska he didn't see a chimera or a few ice fisherman that it wasn't a yeti that ate there best friend" Clarke informed us and yep that happened causing Ric, Hope and I to look at each other.
"This is an entire town it's different we could use the assistance of a vampire and I notice the daylight ring on your daughters boyfriend" Clarke started telling us "oh he's not there never mind" Ric said as he couldn't be bother explaining "why not call it a freak swarm of bugs, why erase it from memory" Hope asked as I looked at Clarke wondering this as well "because some people might recognize them for what they are harbingers" Clarke told us "of what" Hope and I asked "seriously I mean this is obviously the work of a mummy" Clarke said and Ric acted like a kid on Christmas he was so happy "one of our drivers survived an attack down at the river he's be tracking it since, he's still on the outskirts of town but he's heading our direction, we're a clean up organization, we're not equipped to go to battle with a mummy, so will you help cut him off at the pass and keep these people save" Clarke informed and asked.
Ric looked at us and looked hesitant "these are kids" he told Clarke "kids with magic in a town full of innocents without it" Clarke countered "we'd be happy to help" Hope said me nodding in agreement causing Ric to look at us then back at Clark "i'm going to need my weapons" Ric told him "of course gather what you need, grab your friends my team can help you with anything else" he said before walking off and then Ric looked at us two wanting an explanation.
"Ok I know you don't remember our trip to Kansas clearly but that field that we woke up in, in Georgia that's where the portal to Malivore is" Hope started "it's hidden in playing sight by a company called triad" I finish off before grabbing the card from him and show him the logo on the card "look familiar" I say and Hope and I look at Ric with worry.
Main Street
Hope, Josie, Lizzie and I were walking along with Ric in front of us as we prepare for the fight the plan was once the mummy came into play I had to vamp speed away and when the time was right hold it down "some people find it helps to clear there conscious before battle" Lizzie said causing Hope and I to sigh "not stopping you" Hope said "now is not the time" Josie said trying to diminishes this conversation "It's always time for truth last chance Hope, Faith if you two didn't start that fire to keep us from going then why were you both so mean to me after" Lizzie asked us "I'll tell you why because you were guilty" Lizzie said answering her own question "girls, quiet back there please" Ric said.
"Lizzie we weren't mean to you, you were mean to us" I told her "because you were telling people about my episode" she said causing me to think about what the hell she was even going on about "your what" Hope asked "my episode, the one I had when our trip got canceled you both told everyone that I was witch bi-polar" Lizzie said and I was shocked "I would never do that" Hope said and I looked at Lizzie "Lizzie i'm sorry that happened to you but there is no way in hell that I would go around spreading stuff like that" I told her and meant it.
"Guys seriously what is the point" Josie said "just drop the act both of you, I had my first occurrence my mum took me away to get help you both decided to use that against me" Lizzie said and it's like Hope and I could feel each other right now we we're heart broken that Lizzie thought we would do that "we didn't even know" Hope said "we swear we would never do that" I told Lizzie "guys" Josie said grabbing our attention "what" the three of us said " there's a mummy on main street" she said and everyone got in position and I got up one of the buildings staying hidden.
I saw at they started to fight is slowly protecting them self and the mummy started to use it's power making Hope and Lizzie choke up bugs making me want to get down there but I had to stick to the plan seeing Josie was able to stop the spell from working I speed down grabbing the mummy and damn it was tall "Josie now" I yelled 'ignalusa' she said shooting fire at the mummy and I got out just in time got to Hope and making sure she was alright as the mummy turned to ash "worst spring break ever" Lizzie said and you're telling me.
FEMA Recovery Center (Alaric's Car)
Ric, Hope, Lizzie, Josie, Kaleb and I were hanging around the classic retro car waiting for the mummy to come back to life as he reckons the mummy isn't dead "so the mummy ain't actually dead" Kaleb asked "well if i'm right the mummy curse is bound by the scarab in it's chest once the girls siphon the scarab the curse will be lifted and the mummy will be dead" Ric said and honestly he was going to be right this guys read way to much not to know what he was saying "ok and what if you're wrong" Kaleb asked causing Hope and I to look at him "he's never wrong" Hope and I said "so what now" Lizzie asked us all "until we get the urn we wait" Ric said lifting up the car hood looking at the engine.
"How long do we have to wait if I have to bug hurl again I swear to god I will never talk to you two again" Lizzie says looking at us causing Hope and I to scoff "ok that one wasn't even remotely our fault" Hope said while I nodded in agreement "yeah well the beetle slime in my tonsils says other wise" Lizzie says and I scrunch my nose is disgust.
"Why can't we just give the mummy the urn is opening up the portal to Malivore really that bad" Josie asked us "do any of the monsters in there seemed happy and balanced to you" I asked Josie "i'm with Josie, why don't we skip bug vomit round 2 and just go an get some pancakes or something" Lizzie asked and I rubbed my forehead in frustration "think of it like this we'll be setting the mummy free from its own prison" Ric said putting it nicely "poor mummy" Josie said as we see a bunch of people running out of the tent away from what ever was going on in there so that meant one thing - show time.
"Alright we can keep having empathy hour or we can do what we came here to do" Kaleb said making us all stand up getting ready to fight "here we go" Ric said as people are still running out with the mummy following behind not looking to happy "what the hell is happening" Clarke asked coming up to us "I don't know he should be dead" Ric replied in a not so convincing voice "clearly he isn't" "yeah I can see that" Ric and Clarke said to each other while the mummy went crazy "he's looking for the urn" Hope and I told everyone "what do we do" Clarke asked "I don't know giving him the urn" Ric said and the voice he was using was so cringe worthy as they finished of having there conversation realising that they didn't have the urn he look at Ric for help.
"Kaleb" Ric said "yep" he replied speeding to the mummy taking the scarab chucking it to the twins at they start to siphon the magic out of the scarab and the mummy was really not happy quite mad actually "oh crap hurry" Hope says as he starts to advance to us "like hurry hurry" I yelled at the twins and the mummy started to shoot out more hornets all of us ducking for cover as Hope does a protection spell but it wasn't need as the twins siphoned the magic and and the mummy turned to stone "the curse is lifted, he's gone" Ric said as we all breathe heavily and I bring Hope into a hug "thank god you're ok" I tell her holding on tighter as she does the same.
"Well agent Clarke if we do anymore work for you, you'll have to out us on the payroll, I guess we'll be on our way out of here, good night" Ric says and we get into the car ready to leave this stupid town.
Alaric's Car
We got the urn thanks to Kaleb's compulsion but just as we were about the leave Clarke's men caught us obviously figuring out our plan we turn around see people coming out of the car "they have Dorian and Emma" Hope says and Ric ends up grabbing the urn from Kaleb and goes to give it to Clarke so we can get Emma and Dorian back.
We were driving back to school now and I look over to Lizzie an nudge Hope causing her to look at me and I motion to Lizzie "if you really thought that we said all those things about you, then you hating me all these years makes perfect sense but with a father and grandfather like mine i'm probably at risk of those issues as well" Hope says and I look up to Lizzie "plus with my father and mother I've got some issues as well, it's not something either of us take likely and we would never make fun of you for it" I tell her and she looks at us "I believe you both of you" she tells us making me smile "what I don't get is why anyone would accuse us of that, who did you hear it from" Hope asked and Lizzie turned her head to look at Josie and my heart broke.
The Salvatore School
Once Hope and I got back we got changed and freshened up and we knew we had to find out why she did what did was I mad not really but did I need to know why absolutely because if I didn't find out then it would kill me so here Hope and I were on our way to the twins room holding hands needing answers.
Josie and Lizzie's Room
"Why would you drive a wedge between Hope, Faith and I" Lizzie asked Josie and we got up to there door "why lie" she further questioned "we were going to ask the same thing" Hope say causing Josie and Lizzie to look at us "I didn't just lie, I started the fire" Josie said making my heart break even more "Lizzie had made some remark about me being obsessed with you two, I just blurted out how could I be obsessed with someone who said mean things about my twin" Josie said causing me to get slightly mad "but we didn't" I said "I know, I just made it up" Josie said not helping "why" Hope asked "because I didn't want Lizzie to know the truth Faith you were my best friend and I had a crush on you" Josie said causing me to be shocked "what" Hope and I said my tone surprised and Hope slightly jealous.
"I has slipped a note into your room that morning and I don't know I just immediately regretted it but I couldn't get in but then so I did a fire spell under your door, I was really only aiming for the note" Josie said and I sighed "why would it matter that I knew" Lizzie asked "because my whole life anytime I've ever liked anyone you go for them with Faith you got jealous because she was my best friend, you just didn't like it and you always win" Josie said and I understood now why she did was she did "you had a crush on me" I asked with an honored tone "of course I did who wouldn't" Josie said causing me to smile and causing Hope to scoff so I nudged her.
"Ignore Hope and for the record not was Josie I am your best friend" I told her causing us all to smile at each other "well as fun as this has been I promised MG, Landon and Rafael I would hang out with them for a bit so that should be fun, have a good night girls" I tell the twins before looking at Hope placing my hands on her cheeks "and you the love of my life who has no reason to be jealous and who I will miss so much, try not to have to much fun without me" I tell her and she wraps her arms around me neck "I wouldn't dream of it" she says before pulling me into a kiss which is something we haven't been able to do all day but it felt so good and once we pull apart I go find the boys I mean not the much can go wrong other then the fact that the full moon is tomorrow but we'll figure it out.

I needed your opinion on something do you guys enjoy the scduled updates or would you like them to come out as soon as they are done???
I really need your opinion on this because if you want the second option the book will be complete a whole lot sooner!!
