-3 Months Later-
"Are you at the hospital?" His voice sounds immediately through the phone, you sigh as you play with the hem of your shirt while you lay down on the hospital couch.
"Yes."
"You've been at the hospital all week." His pouting voice sank into your heart.
"You know how I feel about this."
"Yeah, I get it. I'm just worried about you."
"I know.." He sighs through the phone, I could hear movement from his end when he speaks
"I'm going to visit my sisters tomorrow."
"Oh. Right." You mumble, a little shocked.
It was a few moments until you remember why.
His fathers death anniversary.
"Did you want to come? I mean, I know it might be a little awkward or odd but-"
"Of course I'll come, I have to meet my fiancé's family after all. All of them." Your last words silenced the male, but you could practically feel the painful smile through the phone.
"Can I come over tonight?"
"Of course. I'll be home in a few hours."
"I love you." His honey voice replies. You smile, before quickly returning the affection.
"I love you too."
You put your phone back in your bag, and look back to the center of the room where an occupied hospital bed remained.
You sigh, looking at the person who had molded themselves to the blankets, who was wrapped in wires and tubes filled with medicines. The occasional beep of the heart monitor keeps you sane, but the deepest pit of your mind expects the sound to eventually become silent.
And that's supported by the medical records and updated you've been hearing of from the doctors. The fact he's been in a coma for this long and the fact his injuries are in critical parts of his body.
They've already recommended to pull the plug many times. That he will only stay in pain if we keep him here.
But you can't bear to let him go, for some reason you just can't.
He looked after you for so many years, he protected you until you finally got home. Then the he started to go insane, almost like you. But, he couldn't control it.
The last words that he spoke to you engraved themselves in your mind. Being stuck on loop that is so piercing that it would never let you hear anything else.
"Don't stop Fighting."
"I Love You."
And each time you remember his body bleeding out as he said that, it almost make you break back into your old self.
But Taehyung wouldn't let you.
After a few hours it had slowly become dark out, you almost didn't notice until you walk outside reluctantly after telling Baekhyun to hold on for a few days while you were gone.
You had texted Taehyung asking if he could pick you up and take you home, since he wanted to stay the night.
He's been doing that much more often nowadays, he's also been more in his mind than usual, and you assumed it was his father. And every time you tried to ask, he would brush it off and say it's nothing, quickly distracting you with a joke or asking you a random question. And once he even tried to kiss you but you caught on to what he was doing and stopped him. But that only seemed to make him more upset.
It seems all you can do is be there to wake him up.
You sat at one of the benches outside, even if it was dark you liked to watch the fireflies fly around the trees. But it was interrupted when a pair of headlights came close to you, revealing the familiar car with Taehyung inside.
You grab your backpack and begin to walk to the car, opening the passenger side door and going inside.
The warmth of the car surrounded your body, oddly giving you shivers of pleasure. You place your bag on the floor of the car and lock your seatbelt. Before turning to the male who was already looking at you.
"Hey." His deep honey voice echoed itself in your ears, and you can't help but to smile as you reply.
"Hey. Thanks for picking me up, I didn't realize it got so late." You kiss his cheek, quickly leaning back to your seat.
"It's fine, how is he?" He asks, as he begins to pull out of the hospital entrance.
"Same as always unfortunately. How are you?"
"Good, now that you're here." You giggle, whining at his cringey line.
"Yah, dont say that."
"But it's true, I missed you."
"I missed you too." You sigh, leaning back into the leather seat. You already felt so comfortable now that he's here. He always seemed to cure you of your anxiety. You close your eyes as the tiredness that you've been hiding began to reveal itself.
You felt a hand grab yours, being lifted and a pair of soft lips pressed against your knuckle.
"You can rest, it will be another 30 minutes until we get home." He assures you, You smile before intertwining your fingers with his.
"Have I told you that you're the best fiancé ever."
"Many times actually."
"For good reason."
And almost immediately, your world began to turn dark.

About 15 minutes into the drive I hear my phone ring from the tray, I quickly reach for it and check who the caller is, and I immediately answer it to mute the noise so it wouldn't wake you.
Kookie is calling..
"Hello?" I furrow my brow at the odd call.
"Hyung-!" I flinch at his loud voice, almost worried you woke up when you turn your body.
"Hey, Quiet down will you? My fiancé is sleeping right now."
"I need you right now. I don't know what to do."
"Hey, chill out, what is it?"
"It's Sohyun."
"Can you be a bit more specific?" I roll my eyes, but I quickly sit up at what he says next.
"She's pregnant." My eyes bulge, shocked. But somehow, I'm not surprised.
"And why do you sound so upset? I thought you always wanted to be a dad?"
"Not this soon! We just got back to normal and now this! How are you so calm about this?!" I can hear him pace back and forth just by hearing his breath fasten and the hard footsteps of his timberlands on the wooden floor.
"I'm just excited that I'm going to be an uncle."
"How can you be so- UGH!"
"Hey, chill man. Where is Sohyun now?"
"She's in the dorm room, locked herself in there right after she told me. She's practically crying her eyes out and she won't open the door." I glance over to your sleeping body, before sighing.
"Would you like us to-"
"Please."
"Fine, we'll be there in 15."
I quickly hang up the phone. As we pull up to a stop light, I look to you, you were sleeping so peacefully I almost hated having to wake you up. I admire your features under the moonlight before pressing my lips to your forehead.
"Wake up for me love." I kiss your temple one more time earning a groan from you. Your body stretches as your green eyes begin to open, shining as the moonlight hit them perfectly.
"Are we home?" Your husky voice whispers, I only shake my head.
"No, we have to go somewhere else tonight."
"Where?"
"To my little brothers dorm." She groans, rolling her eyes.
"What did he do this time."
"Well.." I feel her sit up next to me, leaning her body against my shoulder. But it wouldn't stay there long as I speak.
"Sohyun's pregnant." She almost automatically pulls away, gasping.
"WHAT?!"

Also, I'm extending this season a bit longer only because I feel like it's a little too soon, and that I should tie it onto a nice bow instead of just a simple knot right?
