It was noon until you finally had the strength to move your body.
Mingu offered to drive you to your house earlier, and you took that opportunity. He helped you with packing some medicines for your headache and wrapped some bandages around your bruises with some medicine on them.
You didn't know how to thank him.
He helped you to his car and got inside himself. He soon started the engine and we started to move.
"Thank you Mingu.. I don't know how to thank you."
"You just did y/n-ah." He chuckles softly. Your body calm realizing what you had just said, your head pressed against the window, watching newly familiar buildings pass by. You began to close your eyes, feeling the weakness hover over you.
It was only his voice when you opened your eyes again.
"We're here y/n~" he coos, your green eyes flutter open, light infiltrating your view. You sit up and stretch.
Did you fall asleep?
"I saw that you slept a little, you must still be tired." He says, turning off the engine.
"Maybe, thanks again Mingu. For helping me for the past 24 hours." You smile softly after yawning. He just chuckles and replies
"It's not a problem, you still coming to tutorials next week?" You nod, before opening the door.
"See you then." You close the door and walk a little ways away from the car, he began to pull out of the driveway, your wave him bye before beginning to walk to your door.
But then you freeze.
"Who was that?" your eyes lift up, your ears perk.
Are you dreaming? Are you? This isn't real?
"T-Tae?" You can see him smile a small bit at seeing you, at your small yet strong voice. His eyes finally took in all of you, noticing how messy your hair was, marks on your body along with bandages. And you scream in your head mentally.
"T-Tae.." You see his eyes change to some angry ones, fierce and almost...
Insane.
"I know what you're think-"
"What the hell have you been up to?!" He harshly says, walking up to you. Making your body freeze, suddenly feeling bare, as if he can see every mark on your body.
This is it.
This is where it ends. How can you explain it? How can you explain what happened without making him angry?
It's over, isn't it?
His hands pull the bandage off your wrists, making you gasp as the cool wind hits the medicine on your bruise.
He's expressionless.
Say something, say something, say something, say something, say something.
But all you could do was feel whimpers stuff your throat, your vision of his caramel eyes starting to blur. Your body began shivering, you tried so hard not to scream.
He's going to leave you again now right? He's going to misunderstand.
His eyes lift up to your neck. Examining the marks that had printed themselves into your skin. And you could see that his breathing became stiff.
"Tell me." He whispers, "tell me what happened."
Oxygen and breathing didn't exist, you're in an alternate reality, where everything was gone, where only loneliness and pain were your friends. Silence was the only way of communicating.
"You won't b-believe me." You bite your lip, "you will hate me." You put your head down, expecting him to leave, expecting him to leave you. He deserved better, he didn't need you who lied to him and got hurt in the process.
"Y/n- love. Tell me what happened. Then I will tell you if I do. But I don't think I can no matter what you do." His voice is surprisingly soft, making your shell shatter. Your eyes meet his, they were sad, hurt, disappointed.
You messed up, really, really bad.
And you didn't care that you were at your front door.
"I met Baekhyun again." His eyes hardened, flames echoing themselves in the chocolate in his eyes.
"I met all of my old friends from the island. I met them again. Rose, Tao, Jaebum and Baekhyun. I was selfish and I didn't tell you because I knew you would be angry. I met with them for the past couple months, and I didn't know that one day when I was alone, Baekhyun changed." His eyes watched yours closely, his hands tightly gripping your hands.
"He- he did this to me. He didn't do anything more than this, rose and Tao stopped him. I'm sorry Tae, I didn't think it would be like that, I just wanted a friend, I thought I didn't have to be lonely. I'm really sorry, I didn't listen-"
He shushed you by hugging you tightly, your eyes brimming with tears. Your body was continuing to shiver, your hands still at his back. You head resting on his shoulder.
"I believe you, and I'm not mad... I'm sorry, I didn't know that happened, I'm sorry that happened, I'm sorry that I wasn't here-"
"Stop apologizing, I'm the one in trouble here." You whimper, he stayed quiet, you wondered what he thought, what he was going to do.
Until you heard a sharp breath from his mouth.
And you swear you died then.
You pull away from him, it felt like your heart had been trampled on, thrown away in the darkest abyss.
You could see his eyes shining, tears made an outline around his closed eyes.
You immediately unlock the door and pull him inside while apology's escape from your mouth over and over.

Jungkook had texted me to go over to the nearest cafe, saying he had to talk about something important. Which was odd, for him anyway. He never wanted to talk to me nevertheless talk about something serious.
I arrive and open the door, triggering all of the staff to greet me, I just smile and look for the chocolate haired boy. I spot him in a booth drawing circles into the table with his nail. I go towards him.
"Sup kookie" I ruffle his hair and he scowls.
"I told you to not call me that." He growls out actually making me shiver as I sit across from him.
"Okay okay tough stuff, I won't. For now." I give him an innocent look while he only looks away from me with a serious expression,
He's always like this, but today was different, I could sense it.
Something was wrong.
"So uh, you said you needed to talk to me?" I ask, placing my head on my fist that had rested on the table.
I could see him hesitate, almost forgetting what he was going to say.
Or re wording it.
"Come on Jungkook, just tell me. You know you can tell me anything-"
"Sohyun cheated on you."
Time stops.
I almost want to laugh, like it was a joke. But I could see his expression, that he was completely serious.
And I was completely broken.
"What? What are you talking about? How do you know?" I slur, spilling all the questions into the table. Like a faucet that won't shut off.
"I just- I just do. I saw it myself." He says, his shaking finger marking his arm.
"I- I don't believe it-"
"It's your decision to believe me or not. But why would I tell you such a thing if it wasn't real?" He says while looking me into my eyes.
And then he leaves.
And I'm stuck answering the mixed questions in my head.
It can't be true...
But... who- who was with her then? Why didn't he tell me?

I exit the cafe in a rush, I'm hushing my breaths as I lean against a pole outside.
I felt horrible, even more so now than ever.
I can't believe I just said that to him.
And I can't believe that I didn't tell him who she was with.
I bite my lip, running my hand through my hair.
I'll tell him someday, it was just a mistake, he will forgive me right?
I don't know how much time passes until I see a car pull up, with Sohyun exiting it. I stiffen and rush to the side of the building, when I do so the cafe door opens and I'm greeted by my brothers deep growling voice.
What have I done?
"Taehyung!"
"Please, please listen to me-"
"Why the hell would I listen to you? You cheating b*tch-"
"No-no I never did- please, you have to know he was just playing-"
"I know my brother, he would never lie to me even if he's an a**hole."
"So you don't trust me? You don't believe me at all? Please, Taehyung please, I love you, I love you so much. I would never betray you."
"I loved you too, but you tore my heart apart and stepped on it. So let go."
"No, I'm not letting go until you believe me."
I notice a silence, thinking that they stoped yelling at eachother, or maybe they left, I look around the corner.
And the world collapses on itself, shattering anything that exists. Breaking my sanity in half.
Seeing them kiss was enough to throw myself down to the abyss of my mind and curse at myself for feeling this way.
So she chose him anyway? That's not what you told me last night Sohyun.
I hush my mind and with any strength I have I turn away as my brother wraps his arms around her waist, I begin walking down the ally, a walking corpse.
A shell with no emotion, is what I will be from now on.
I was so, so stupid to believe.
