I'm looking outside the glass wall,inside the ship, worrying about Mercer. What if he's not here? What if he got transported into another world? Wherever he is, that asshole is going to pay for what he did. Then all of a sudden, an image of my sister popped up in my head.
(Y/N): *whispers*God..........Fucking.........Dammit.
I said to myself as I try to hold back my tears.
As the ship dock at the entrance of the school, the guy or as we call him 'Vomit Boy' emerges and goes over to the nearest trash can, hunching over it as he loses his lunch.
I walked over to him, and patted his back.
(Y/N): You....... OK there buddy?
Vomit Boy: Yeah..... just a...... slight sickness is all.
(Y/N): Looks like it's more than a slight sickness to me.
Vomit Boy: Motion sickness is a much more common problem than people let on!
Jaune: A-Anyways. The name's Jaune Arc! Short, sweet, rolls off the tongue - ladies love it!
(Y/N): I-I wouldn't be so sure, "Vomit Boy".
I then pointed at the girls giggling at Jaune.
Jaune sighs, dejectedly
Jaune: There goes my first impression.

I said as I begin to pat Jaune's back again.

(Time skip)
Me and Jaune walk out of the ship and head down the paved path to the front of the school. As we take in the entirety of Beacon Academy.
Jaune: Wow.....
(Y/N):*whistles* Hello Hogwarts.
Jaune: What?
(Y/N): Nothing.
*EXPLOSION*
(Y/N): Someones's not having a great day....
Me and Jaune then dashed to where the explosion was and we ran in to a girl reading a book and holding a red dust.
(Y/N): What happened!?
I asked her.
We then see Ruby talking to some girl who is covered in soot, though it quickly disappears.
White Girl: Unbelievable! This is exactly the kind of thing I was talking about!
Ruby: I'm really, really sorry!
She said, apologetic and embarrassed.
White Girl:: Ugh, you complete dolt! What are you even doing here? Aren't you a little young to be attending Beacon?
Ruby: Well, I-I...
White Girl:: This isn't your ordinary combat school. It's not just sparring and practice, you know! We're here to fight monsters, so... watch where you're going!
Ruby: Hey, I said I was sorry, princess!
Book Girl: It's heiress, actually.
The Girl then approaches with the bottle.
Book Girl: Weiss Schnee, heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, one of the largest producers of energy propellant in the world.
When I heard that, It gave me a slight headache. I then touched my head.
(Y/N): Aghhhh......shit....
Jaune: You OK?
(Y/N): Yeah, just a slight headache.
The Girl in White then smiles smugly.
Weiss: Finally! Some recognition!
Book Girl: The same company infamous for its controversial labor forces and questionable business partners.
(Y/N):Ohhhhh boy.
Weiss then getting angry again as Ruby chuckles.
Weiss: Wha- How dare you- The nerve of... Ugh!
Weiss then gets up in the girl's face and takes the bottle from her, walking off in a huff as her helpers gather the luggage and follow.
Ruby: I promise I'll make this up to you!"
To the storming Snowflake, still sorry.
Ruby: (sighs) "I guess I'm not the only one having a rough first day... So, what's...
We see the Girl in Black walking off as well, then Ruby collapses to the ground on her back.
Ruby: Welcome to Beacon...
We then walked to the Fallen Red Riding Hood.
(Y/N): Having trouble on your first day?
I said as I hold out my hand.
Ruby: Tell me about it......
Ruby then took my hand, and stood up.
(Y/N): Where's Yang? I thought she was with you.
Ruby: She took off to see her friends.....
(Y/N): I see..... OH, Ruby this is-
Jaune: Jaune Arc! Short, sweet, rolls of-
(Y/N): Dude, stop. I mean it's cute and funny, up to the point, and now it's just sad.
I said as I put my hand on his shoulder, while Jaune sighs in defeat.
Ruby: Aren't you the guy that threw up on the ship?
(Time skip)
Beacon inside the walls are filled with scenic trees, arching architecture, and a winding road alongside a river, down which Ruby, Jaune and I are walking.
Ruby: (laughing) Look, I'm sorry! Vomit Boy was the first thing that came to mind.
Jaune: Oh, yeah? What if I called you Crater Face?
Ruby: Hey, that explosion was an accident!
Jaune: Well, the name's Jaune Arc! Short, sweet, rolls off the tongue - ladies love it!
I face palmed.
Ruby: *skeptic* Do they?
Jaune: They will! Well, I-I hope they will. My mom always says that... Never mind.
Ruby giggles before a short, awkward silence falls. I break the silence.
(Y/N): So what kind of weapons do you guys use?
Ruby: I got this thing!
She pulls out Crescent Rose and stabs it into the ground
Jaune: Whoa! Is that a scythe?
Ruby: It's also a customizable high-impact sniper rifle!
Jaune: A-wha...?
(Y/N): It's also a gun.
Ruby cocks it, smiling .
Jaune: Oh. That's cool!
Ruby: So what've you got?
Jaune: Oh! I, uh...
Unsheathes a blade
Jaune: I got this sword!
Ruby: Ooooohh!
Jaune: Yeah, and I've got a shield, too!
He gets his scabbard, raises his arm and expands the metal into his defense, turning it into a shield.
As Ruby is touching the shield
Ruby: So, what do they do?
Fumbling with the shield as it retracts off his arm, expands, and retracts again before putting it back in place and finally shrinking it down for good, placing it on his belt.
Jaune: The shield gets smaller, so when I get tired of carrying it, I can just... put it away...
(Y/N): But... wouldn't it weigh the same?
Jaune: *dejectedly* "Yeah, it does..."
Ruby: *giggling* Well, I'm kind of a dork when it comes to weapons, sooo... I guess I did go a little overboard when designing it.
(Y/N): Wait - you made that?!
Ruby: Of course! All students at Signal forge their own weapons! Didn't you make yours, Jaune?
Jaune: It's a hand-me-down. My great-great-grandfather used it to fight in the war.
Ruby: Sounds more like a family heirloom to me! *laughs* Well, I like it! Not many people have an appreciation for the classics these days.
Jaune: Yeah, the classics...
He said as he is sheathing his sword.
Ruby: What about you, (Y/N)?
(Y/N): Huh?
Jaune: What do you use?
(Y/N): Oh I rely more on hand to hand combat.
Ruby: Ooohhhh right, from before!
(Y/N): Huh?
Ruby: You know, that night.
(Flashback)
(Present Time)
(Y/N): Ooooh right, that night.
Ruby: That...... was........ so.......... AWESOME!
She said as she got close to my face.
Ruby: I mean you were all like* PEEEEEEEEWWW POOOOOSSHHHH*, and she was all like *PRRRUUFFFFFFF*and you were all like "HAH! Is that all you got!?" and then you were like *BOOOOOOOM*
She said as she is trying to mimic my moves from that night. I was smiling of how cute she is when she does that.
Jaune: Uhhhhh...... so what happened?
Ruby: (Y/N), show him.
(Y/N): Woah, easy there little red. I can't just do that attack, it'll kill anyone.
Ruby: C'mon pleaaasse.
Jaune: Yeah c'mon I wanna see it.
(Y/N):Uhhhhhh......
I then got Ruby's puppy dog eyes on my face. It's so cute, it almost killed me.
I sighed in defeat.
(Y/N): Fine.......
Ruby & Jaune: Yay!
We were in front of the clouds, the perfect spot to do the attack I did that night.
Ruby: OOOOOOOHHHHH, I can't wait....
I then got into position.
Electricity was forming into a ball of lightning, I charge every ounce of electricity inside it, making it a little bit stronger than before.
Jaune: Wow......
Ruby: I know right!
Ruby said excitingly.
It's almost ready, I then got into position to fire.

Jaune & Ruby: Wow......
(Ozpin POV)
I was just looking outside the glass wall then all of a sudden a giant lightning came out of nowhere.
Ozpin: Huh?
(Y/N POV)
(Y/N): Phew...
The two then approached me.
Jaune: THAT was awesome!
Ruby: Told you!
Jaune: So is that like... your semblance or something?
(Y/N): You.... could say that.

We were again walking, with Ruby beside me and Jaune beside her.
Ruby: So why'd you help me out back there? In the courtyard?
(Y/N): Eh, why not? My mom always says, 'Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.'
Ruby: And that night?
(Y/N): Same reason. Besides, that Ginger had it coming, I mean that old man was just doing his job, making a profit for a living, and to think he deserved that. Ridiculous.....
Ruby: I see......
Ruby then just stared at me, smiling.
(Y/N): What?
Ruby: N-Nothing.....
Ruby then begins to blush.
Ruby: Hmm.
Ruby looks around
Ruby: Hey, where are we going?
Jaune: Oh, I don't know! I was following you.
(Y/N): Same here.
Jaune: Y-You think there might be a directory? Maybe a food court? Some kind of recognizable landmark? Is, uh... Is that a 'no'?

(Y/N): Doubt it.
