Hikaru had wished the train ride had been longer. However, her wish was not granted when their train finally stopped in Tokyo.

Rei got out first and the twins second. Rei turned around to make sure the twins were behind her and she was shocked to see what she saw. She saw Eijun walked out the door of the subway then stopped while Hikaru just kept walking, with his beats on. People were staring at Eijun then Eijun shouted:
“All Right! I’m gonna do it!”Eijun shouted
Hikaru ignored his brother and just kept walking. Rei could hear some form of Korean music coming from the beats. Rei placed a hand on her fore head and said:
“That idiot….why can’t he be more like his brother?”
Hikaru just smirked. Eijun ran and caught up with his brother. The twins caught up with Rei then got into a taxi. Finally they arrived back at Seidou. The group of three stood in the entrance way of the school.
“Eijun, Hikaru, be sure to get a good rest after you finish moving in.”Rei Takashima said “Our practice will wear you out even during the spring break.”
Eijun smiled and gave Rei Takashima a thumb up. While Hikaru just stuck his hands in his pocket and nodded at Rei. Rei smirked when she noticed Hikaru had taken off his beats and placed his blue hat on his head.
“I’m very well aware of it!”he said to her
Rei laughed at Eijun.
“Is that so? Well, my job as a recruiter ends here. You two might come across speed bumps being in a new environment, but I believe in what I saw.” Rei Takashima said as she turned around to walk off “Good luck, our future aces.”
“A-ace?”Eijun replied then started to laugh
“Also, it’ll be a student-teacher relationship from now on.”Rei Takashima said “If you don’t speak with some manners I’ll beat some sense into you.”
That snapped Eijun out of his thoughts.
“You serious?!”He asked “Ma’am?”
A dark aura appeared around Rei. Hikaru sighed then replied:
“You worry too much, and also if we have a student-teacher relationship that means beating some sense into us is abuse.”
Rei Takashima became aggravated.
‘Not another Miyuki! No he’s worse than Miyuki! He’s in a whole other level!’Rei cried
Rei Takashima handed Hikaru a sticky note.
“Here are your dorm numbers.”Rei said
“We’re not staying in the same dorm?”Eijun asked
“No, you two were the last ones to join us so we had to separate you.”Rei said
“That’s fine with me Eijun.”Hikaru replied
It was a little after that when Rei Takashima left. Hikaru turned to Eijun and said:
“Come on Brother let’s go to our dorms. It’s getting late. You won’t wake up in time for practice if we don’t get into bed soon.”
The two started walking to Seidou spirit dorm.
“Hikaru do you regret coming here?”Eijun asked
“I can’t really say yet brother. Are you hoping I am?”Hikaru replied
“N-No!”Eijun replied
The two finally walk into the Seidou Spirit Dorms.
“Seidou Spirit Dorm…Dorm? It looks more like an apartment.”
Hikaru then walked down the hall, Eijun quickly followed her. Eijun ran into someone’s dirty laundry.
“Whose dirty laundry is here?”Eijun asked
Hikaru noticed Eijun starting to look around then he said:
“A baseball life? Bring it on!”
Hikaru slapped Eijun on the arm then pointed to room number five in front of them, Eijun walked up to Hikaru.
“Rooming with the upperclassmen…..”Eijun started “Considering the level of this school, I bet they’re both amazing people. I’m getting nervous.”
Eijun opened the door only to be met with a bloody mask with the light shinned on it. Hikaru and Eijun stared at it till the mask smiled and his eyes rolled. Eijun grabbed onto Hikaru and screamed. He then hit the floor.
“A GHOST!”Eijun screamed
It was at that moment the person whipped the makeup off his face and he screamed:
“Great Success! Don’t hate me for this!”
Eijun was on the floor. While Hikaru was looking at the boy who had scared Eijun
“I was in your shoes last year.” The second year said
The boy then bent down and held his hand out for Eijun.
“Welcome to the Seidou High School Baseball Team.” he said
Hikaru held out a hand to Eijun, who accepted it greatly. Hikaru then pulled Eijun up.
“Thanks, who are you guys?”Eijun asked
“I’m Kuramochi, eleventh grade and this guy here is Masuko, twelfth grade.”Kuramochi said
It was at that moment Masuko held up a sign that said ‘Nice to Meet you.’ Hikaru wondered why he held it up.
“N-Nice to meet you as will.”Eijun said
Kuramochi laughed and said:
“Don’t mind his strange practice. He made an error yesterday, so he banned himself from talking.”
Kuramochi walked in their room then started digging through a box.
“Crazy right!?”he asked “Don’t just stand there! Come in!”
Hikaru turned to Eijun and said:
“Brother I’m going to find my dorm. Don’t fall for everything and anything.”
With that Hikaru closed the door on the three roommates and start to look for dorm room number 24.
“Who was that?”Kuramochi asked digging through a box.
“Oh that was my younger twin Hikaru.”Eijun replied
“What was his specialty in middle school??”Kuramochi asked
“Hikaru, well Hikaru was a batting expert. Hikaru never missed unless Hikaru wanted to study a pitch. Also Hikaru was an All-star in the outfield. Hikaru would never miss a ball that came to him.”Eijun replied
Eijun was imagining Hikaru and his middle school team, and he missed the look shared between the two upper classmen.

While walking to her dorm room Hikaru came face to face with a boy with thick black rim glasses and a sideways white hat. He was wearing a red t-shirt and black pants. The boy smiled when he saw Hikaru.
“So you did come to Seidou hu?”The boy asked
“Not by choice Kazuya.”Hikaru replied
“Oi oi, you’re supposed to call me Miyuki-Senpai!”Miyuki replied
“Yeah and I’m supposed to be ecstatic that Seidou High school has offered me a baseball scholarship.”Hikaru replied
Miyuki laughed then replied:
“You’re different I like that.”
Hikaru sighed and replied:
“You’re annoying. But easier to tolerate then my brother’s roommates.”
With that Hikaru walked off going to her dorm room. She finally found number 24 and opened the door. Soon she was attacked in a hug by someone.
“Awe! Our Kohai (Kohai means younger student.) is so cute!”A voice squealed
“Taichi-Senpai I don’t think he likes you clinging on him.”Another voice said
Hikaru looked and saw a boy with fiery red hair and steel grey eyes. He was wearing a red hoodie and blue jeans. Hikaru was then pulled into the room by her roommate and it was then she saw the second boy. He had sky blue eyes and blond hair. He was wearing a sky blue sweatshirt and khaki pants.
“I’m Taichi Watanabe a third year. I’m a personal trainer for the baseball team.”The red headed boy said
The boy with blond hair bowed.
“I’m Shinichi Mizatani I’m a second year. I am on the team, but I’m mostly just helping.”Shinichi said
“Ah, hello my name is Sawamura Hikaru.”Hikaru sand then bowed
Taichi sat down on the bed on the left side while Shinichi sat on the bottom bunk on the right while Hikaru climbed onto the right top bunk. A little while later Hikaru had a sports magazine looking through it, Shinichi was reading a book, and Taichi was playing a handheld video game. Taichi stood up and asked:
“I’m going to grab a soda you guys want one?”
Hikaru nodded and said:
“Sure, I want a Vanilla Milk.”
“I’ll take a Green Tea.”Shinichi replied
“I said soda you guys, but okay…I’ll be back in a second.”Taichi replied
After Taichi left Shinichi put down his book, got up off his bunk, and then climbed half way up the stairs to look at Hikaru.
“Ne, Hikaru would you get mad if I asked you a hypothetical question?”Shinichi asked
“No, I don’t mind. “Hikaru replied closing her magazine.
“What if I knew someone was hiding something, and I wanted to ask that person. But I also wanted to be friends with that person because I thought that person was really brave. What should I do?”Shinichi asked
“Just speak what you feel.”Hikaru replied
Shinichi nodded then said:
“Hikaru are you a girl?”
“EH?”Hikaru asked
“I’ve had this feeling since I met you that you’re not what you seem…are you a girl?”Shinichi asked “I wont tell if you are.”
Hikaru sighed and sat up.
“Shinichi you are dangerous in deductive skills. Do you mind if I ask for your help with anazlying pitches?”Hikaru asked
Shinichi smiled and said:
“Sure…but you never answered my question.”
“You’re right.”Hikaru replied
About that time Taichi walked in and handed Shinichi his tea, then threw Hikaru her milk.
“so were you right?”Taichi asked
“Hu?”Hikaru asked
“Yes.”Shinichi asked
“Then that means we are going to have to help our cute little Kohai out!” Taichi cried
Hikaru sighed then threw her pillow at the two Senpais.
“Shut it.”she said
The two laughed. After showers and supper the three went to sleep.

Hikaru woke up the next morning to someone shaking her awake. She woke up and saw that it was Taichi.
“Come on Kohai let’s hit the showers before the others wake up.”Taichi said
Hikaru nodded. Her, Shinichi, and Taichi went to the showers. The three were leaving while the others were coming. Once back to their dorm Shinichi handed Hikaru her new uniform.
“thanks Senpai.”Hikaru said
“Hurry up and change we have to get going.”Taichi shouted
“okay.” The two underclassmen replied
Hikaru said goodbye to her Sempais then went to meet up with the other freshmen. Hikaru stood in the back roll. She had waited for her brother, but he hadn’t showed up. Right as she was going to get him she heard feet walking up. She looked and saw who she guessed was the coach walking up with the upper classmen.
“GOOD MORNING!”all the first years shouted
“I’m Kataoka, the head coach.” Kataoka said “Is this all the new members this year?”
“YES SIR!”The freshmen shouted
“Introduce yourselves one at a time.”Kataoka said
“YES SIR!”The freshmen shouted again
Hikaru used this time to look around. She noticed Taichi-Senpai and Shinichi-Senpai standing beside a boy with a light tan. She also noticed her brother’s roommates here and yawing.
‘If they’re here then where is my brother?’Hikaru thought.
Hikaru glanced at Rei who seemed mad. Then it was like to Hikaru that flames appeared around her.
‘Ah, Rei inherited our grandfather’s slap…’Hikaru thought
‘What is he doing?’Rei thought ‘Why can’t he be here on time like Hikaru?’
Hikaru sighed. The Coach went through the first roll almost smoothly and was about to start Hikaru’s roll when a voice shouted out:
“AH! He came here late, but he’s trying to sneak into the line!”
Hikaru sighed when she saw the person trying to sneak in was her brother. But, Hikaru also noticed a famous Miyuki Kazuya behind him.
‘Idiot, couldn’t you tell that Kazuya was just using you?’Hikaru thought
Everyone was now staring at her brother. Hikaru listened to her brother trying to explaine himself…but it failed when he noticed Kazuya had made it in line.
“Wow he’s an idiot!”Kuramochi cried
“It’s Hilarious!”Miyuki replied
Hikaru became angry.
‘Well that’s three Sempais off my list of respect.’ Hikaru thought
However, when Hikaru heard the coach tell Youichi, Tooru, and Kazuya to run with her brother she felt proud.
‘I think I can respect this coach.’ Hikaru thought
Hikaru was standing with Shinichi who was throwing pitches with her. Taichi walked over.
“So that idiot who tried to sneak in practice is your twin?”Taichi asked
“Yup.”Hikaru replied catching the ball and smoothly throwing it back to Shinichi
“I don’t see it.”Taichi replied
Hikaru smirked, as Shinichi ran over.
“He’s pretty dense…Also you shouldn’t be mad at Youichi and Masuko-Senpai. We Senpai’s have different ways of raising up our Kohai’s.” Shinichi said
“hm…I still don’t like them.”Hikaru replied

Later that evening Hikaru walked with Taichi and Shinichi into the lunch room.
“I’m so hungry!”Taichi complained
“Me two, what about you Hikaru?”Shinichi asked
“I could eat something.”Hikaru replied
Miyuki Kazuya walked behind them along with Kuramochi Youichi and Masuko Tooru.
“When did they start getting along…and speaking of which why does she show them respect?”Miyuki asked
“Isn’t that Sawamura’s brother?”Kuramochi asked
“Yeah, and I hate to say it but he’s more deadly to us then the other one is.”Miyuki replied
Masuko held up a sign that said ‘What do you mean?’
“Just trust me…If he is able to grow with his gifts anymore…he’ll be a player to beat.”Miyuki replied
The group made it in the lunchroom. Hikaru, Taichi, Shinichi, sat on one side of the table while Eijun sat on the other. After Hikaru introduced her twin to her Senpais they started to eat. Miyuki had claimed the seat beside Eijun. Hikaru quietly ate her food. Shinichi elbowed her in the side the pointed at her brother. When Hikaru saw her brother’s face she quickly stood up left. Confused the two senpais followed her.
“Why did we move?”Taichi asked as the three sat down at an avalible talbe away form Eijun
Hikaru held up three fingers then counted down slowly. Once she hit zero the two Senpais heard miyuki shout:
“DON’T GET SICK IN HERE!”
Then Chaos started. Hikaru, Taichi, and Shinichi just sat calmly where they were.
“You’re not worried about my brother getting sick?”Hikaru asked
“Six siblings.”Taichi replied
“Four siblings.”Shinichi replied
“It happens.” the two finished together

Next at practice Hikaru found herself hitting balls that Shinichi was throwing to her.
‘Why am I doing this?’Hikaru asked herself
“Thanks for doing this Hikaru. Shinichi needs to work on his aim.”Taichi replied
“No problem.”Hikaru replied
Shinichi threw a ball and Hikaru got ready to hit. Once the ball came in range Hikaru swung her bat, the two heard the sweet sound of a ball hitting the bat.
Eijun was leaning over holding his stomach. He felt sick.
“I was running all through morning practice.”Eijun said “And I had to eat three bowls of rice….”
About that time Eijun heard a laugh and he saw Miyuki hitting a ball shouting:
“International Flamingo.”
Eijun then started to watch the regulars and count the number of bowls each member he knew had. Then his eyes landed on his twin.
“Even Hikaru had three bowls and Hikaru is still going like nothing is bothering him.”Eijun said
About that the tenth graders were called. Hikaru went with them, but stopped when she stopped when she heard her brother’s heartfelt scream.
“I overslept because I was naïve…. I have no excuse…b-but I’m….i’m….I’m…I’m here to be the ace.”Eijun shouted
Hikaru eyed the players around her brother. She noticed how Youichi, Tooru, and Kazuya had become stiff. But Hikaru also noticed a couple of other players who were now stiff watching her brother. About that time her Taichi guided her to the field for her to test her abilities.
“But….Taichi-Senpai.”Hikaru started
“You’re brother has to learn to fight his own battles. He came here to become better. He can’t become better if you protect him.”Taichi said
Hikaru sighed and went to the other field to test her abilities. However, in the back of her mind she prayed that her brother would do something to make everyone see the truth about him.

Later that night Hikaru was walking back from the shower later that night. (She was wearing what is in the picture)It was when she was getting close to the dorms that she saw one of Eijun’s roommates practicing his swinging. Hikaru walked up to her room and grabbed her bat and walked back downstairs. She found herself standing beside Tooru swinging her bat.

Masuko looked at the boy and looked at him confused. Masuko put down his bat then grabbed a sheet of paper and held it up saying ‘What are you doing out here?’
The boy smirked and replied:
“I always practice at night. So I saw you outside and decided I would come out and swing with you.”
Masuko looked shocked, but then the boy did something more unexpected. He held out his hand to the Masuko.
“My name is Hikaru Sawamura. I think we’ve done introduced ourselves to each other. But just incase you forgot. Better not forget my name again, because I’ll be kid to watch out for not my brother.”Hikaru said
Masuko smiled then placed his hand on Hikaru’s head and rubbed it. Hikaru smiled up at the Senpai. After the two had their moment they went to back to batting practice.
Little did the two know a certain Coach was watching them.
