Why did you start writing on Wattpad?
I started to write fanfiction on Wattpad because I had just joined the Pokemon Community on Twitter, and on there I met many amazing people who were currently writing fanfiction. I read through many and I saw how fun it was and now I'm where I am today.
What's been your proudest moment on Wattpad?
My proudest moment would be my recent achievement of hitting 200k on Pokemon School. Of course that was reached due to a massive thanks to all my readers who have stayed with me and the on going Story thick and thin.
Where does your motivation come from?
My inspiration comes from my readers. Just seeing a few people read my work makes me happy enough to continue working on new stories. When I see readers leave motivational comments and favorite a chapter I gain more motivation to write.
What's the best part about writing on Wattpad?
Best part about writing on Wattpad is that you can write about what you want. The story possibilities are endless. You could even introduce your dream world onto this amazing site and people would even read it which is amazing.
How did it feel to hit 100k reads for the first time?
Reaching 100k for the first time felt so good. When I was around the 99k mark I was buzzing the entire time waiting for that final read to push that 99k into 100k and boom! I finally reached such an amazing milestone, and now we've reached 200k which is just even more impressive.
What's the hardest part about writing on Wattpad?
Hardest part is finding time due to school etc, but I manage to bring out one chapter per day, six times a week consisting of around 2500-4000 words each chapter. It's just pushing and holding the story plot and what I'm going to put in each chapter that seems the hardest.
And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?
For any new writers out there who want to enjoy their stay on a Wattpad just have fun! Be wild, creative, think outside the box and just be yourself. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise, you may get hate, but look at the positives you get from supportive readers and writers within the Wattpad community, so overall just be yourself and enjoy the fun while writing!
