BrightWhiteSnow is an amazing account on Wattpad, and they have written books such as 'I Am Living With An Idiot' which has 16.5 million reads and they currently have 23.5k followers. It was amazing to interview them and here is what they had to say!
Why did you start writing on Wattpad?
I started writing on Wattpad because after a while of reading on Wattpad, I wanted to see if I could also have the ability to rack up millions of reads. I never thought that I would love it this much
Which book has been the most fun to write?
Well, I have been just really been concentrating on my one series right now, but so far the first book: 'I Am Living With an Idiot' has been pretty fun to write.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
I get my inspiration from many different places, like the app 'We Heart It'. I have many collections on my profile devoted to writing. I also get inspiration from other writers. Sometimes, if I am reading somebody else's work, that sparks some ideas in my head.
How did it feel to hit 1 million reads for the first time?
It felt amazing. I had been working to the point for so long and just felt like it was taking forever. Eventually it happened. I went to bed one night with 990k and woke up with a million. I was wonderful.
What's the best part about writing on Wattpad?
The best part about writing on Wattpad is all the interesting people I meet. There is just so uniqueness out there.
What's one thing you wish your followers knew about you?
The one thing I wish my followers knew about me is that half the experiences the I write about, I haven't actually experienced myself.
And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?
The advice that I would give to a new writer is start building up a thick skin because there are a lot of people out there who are going doubt you, make fun of you, judge you of every single thing you do. Trust me, it's hard to do at first, but it gets better.
