Today everyone was meeting up in LA. Everyone meaning all the YouNow fam and Kota and Mel.
"Aren't you excited!" Mel squeals.
"Yeah, I am. But don't forget the SDI is in full motion" Kota reminds her friend.
The girls' flight lands in sunny California. They head to their hotel and settle into the room they're sharing.
Kota jumps onto the fluffy bed and scrolls through her Instagram feed.
"Kota!" Mel shouts, "Let's go find everyone!"
Kota sighs, deeply contemplating her options of staying in bed or hanging out with friends, "Okay fine."
The two girls take the elevator to the lobby and ask everyone to meet them there.
"Dakota! Melody!"
The girls turn to the voices, "Brandon! Hunter!"
"We gotta go find Ashton but let's hang out later," they wave the girls goodbye and run off to find their little bro.
Kota and Mel walk around and then find Jacob, Mark, and Bryce.
"Hey guys," Kota calls to them and the boys walk over.
"I haven't seen you two in forever!" Bryce exclaims.
"Right, we missed you," Melody tells the three boys.
"Let's find everyone else so we can hang out," Mark says.
Walking around more, they find Ariel, Arii, Loren, Weston, and Mario.
Wes makes direct eye contact with Jacob.
"DADDY!!1!1!!1!1" he screams and jumps on top of Jacob, causing the Sweatshirt singer to fall onto the ground.
Kota and Mel needed to talk to Wes about some classified information, and for Jacob's sake they needed Weston to get up.
"Yo Wes, we need to talk about the SDI," Kota tells him.
"Yeah, like now," Melody adds on.
All of a sudden his goofy smile turns serious and Weston gets off of Jacob, allowing the boy to stand up and dust off his clothes.
Wes, Mel, and Kota pull away from the other YouNow people.
"So what's with the SDI?" he whispers to the two girls.
Kota glances at her surroundings to assure that no one is listening, "Supposedly they tracked her here."
Weston's eyes widen in shock, "Like in this very building?"
"Yeah, top suspects are Ariel, Erin, and Luna. But I'm not sure which lead to trust," Melody responds.
"So we take them all," he explains, "I'll text you if I get anything and you do the same."
"Sounds like a plan."
They go back to the crowd and join their friends in a heated debate about whether burritos or tacos are better.

It was now nighttime and everyone was asleep. Kota, Mel, and Wes decided to meet on the hotel roof to discuss the SDI.
Oh right, the SDI is the Secret Dora Investigation for those who didn't know.
"All my leads were dead ends, but we can rule out Ariel," Weston tells them.
"I couldn't find much on Luna, but there's definitely something sketchy. We should keep investigating her," Melody explains.
"I never liked her," Weston narrows his eyes, "She stole Jacob from me."
"We can also rule out Erin," Kota suddenly feels sympathetic for Weston, "But I found out some things about Erin that you might want to know."
"Show me," Weston immediately says.
Kota feels better uneasy to come between their relationship like this, "Are you sure? You might not like what you find."
"I'm sure," he states.
Kota shows him all the information she found on Erin.
Weston's mind is racing with thoughts as the pieces fall into place, "Erin...She worked with her."
Melody felt all kinds of confusion, "Wow, who would've thought Erin was helping her. I mean I guess it makes sense."
"Wait," Weston pauses, "If Erin worked for Dora and helped her go AWOL then I need to break up with Erin."
Kota quickly interjects, "No, not yet. You need to stay on the inside. Chances are that Erin is gathering information off of you. We need tables to turn so that you are getting information off of her."
Weston nods in agreement, "Got it."
"Until then?" Mel asks.
"Until then we lay low. We can't risk being compromised," Kota concludes.
Then a voice from the dark shadows of the night speaks up, "Except you already are compromised."
"Who said that," Melody asks, seriousness laced into her voice.
Luna steps out of the shadows, revealing herself to them.

"Oh my Harambe..." Weston trails off.
"Erin already told me everything I need," Luna tells them, "Did you two really think you could outsmart me?"
"Yeah," Kota truthfully states.
Luna rolls her eyes, "Well you guys are gonna listen to everything I say."
"Over my dead body," Weston scoffs.
"Actually, over Jacob's dead body," Luna smirks.
Erin brings out a knocked out boy tied to a chair. Jacob.
Mel says, "First off, you're insane. Second, it's not like you'd actually hurt him."
"Watch me," Luna challenges.
"Okay there's no need for that," Weston says before Luna can approach Jacob.
"Very well," Luna crosses her arms, "In exchange for Jacob, I need all the information you've gathered from the SDI."
Before Weston can say anything, Kota says, "It's on my laptop. I need to copy it onto a flash drive for you."
"Fine, you and Melody go, but Weston stays," Luna compromises.
Kota nods and shoots Weston a "trust me" glance.
Truth is, Kota and Mel can access all the SDI files from her phone. But, copying onto a flash drive will allow the girls to install a virus to destroy the information before Luna can open it.
After copying the flash drive, Mel and Kota head up to the roof and hand it to Luna. Luna and Erin go over to their laptop and plug it in.
Jacob stirs awake and Weston unties him. He joins Wes, Mel, and Kota in confusion.
Luna watches as the files begin to open. A smile finds its way onto her face until the virus injects itself.
"You rats!" Luna yells at Kota and Mel.
"Woah, if anyone's a rat here it's Weston," Kota defends.
"Hurtful but true!" Wes says.
Erin and Luna pull out some futuristic guns like the one Rip Hunter uses in DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
They start shooting at us and the four keep dodging. Then Jacob and Weston charge at them and knock Erin and Luna out.
"Jacob! Where did you learn to fight?" Kota asks, slightly impressed.
"Truth is, I've been working on the SDI too," Jacob confesses.
"No way," Wes, Kota, and Mel simultaneously say in surprise.
That's when it happened. Dora just popped out of nowhere, clearly coming straight out of the club.
"Stay out of my business!" she yells at them.
"We're just trying to help!" Weston explains
Dora scoffs, "I don't need you kids, I have Bob Ross and Mr. Moseby!"
She tackles Jacob and he struggles to break free. She rips off his sweatshirt and puts it on, running away screaming, "AND YOU CAN WEAR MY SWEATSHIRTTTT!"
Weston, Jacob, Melody, and Dakota look at each other in fear. What next?
"OH MY FREAKING HARAMBE THIS IS MORE INTENSE THAN MINECRAFT WHEN CHYNA, OLIVE, AND FLETCHER WERE ALL CHICKENS. IM GOING MAD. THIS IS THE END," Weston screams and jumps off the building, then runs down the street singing the Phinedriods and Ferbots song.
Jacob and Dakota look at each other.
"Um, we should probably run," Kota suggests.
"Agreed," Jacob says.
"Absolutely," Mel tells them.
The three run down the stairs to their rooms. What a night.

The next morning Dakota and Melody wake up and get ready for the day.
The girls were just chilling in their room when they were zapped into a futuristic room.
"Woah, what just happened," Kota asks.
"No clue. Teleportation maybe," Melody attempts to find a reason.
"Was it a zeta tube?" Kota questions.
"A what?" Mel looks at her in confusion.
"Teleportation in Young Justice."
"Oh."
"Welcome, girls," a voice beams.
"Um hello?" they greet back.
"My name is Nick Fury, and you're Melody and Dakota, correct?"
"That is correct," Melody assures.
"No way!" Dakota starts freaking out, "It is an absolute honor to be speaking to you Mr. Fury. This is insane!"
Nick Fury steps out so that he can speak to the girls face to face.
"Please, it's an honor to meet you two! The leading SDI operatives in the nation. What an accomplishment."
"Thank you," the girls say together.
"There's no time to waste, we've recruited you onto the SDI task force. It is consisted of four young team members including you."
Melody and Dakota share a look, "Are the other two Weston and Jacob?"
Nick Fury looks at them in confusion, "Those two hoes? No way. Meet Josh and Ben."
Two attractive boys enter the room.
"Hey, I'm Josh," one of them greets.
"Hey, I'm Dakota," the two shake hands.
"And I'm Ben."
"Melody," they shake hands.
Nick Fury smiles, "Great, you're first assignment is to locate Dora and retrieve Jacob's sweatshirt. Good luck."
