America One-shot...ish....
You and Alfred had been best friends since the first grade. You had developed a crush on him but thought if you told him, your friendship might be ruined, so you kept it to yourself. He invited you to watch some fireworks. You agreed to come thinking he would bring other people and not just you.
You wore a (f/c) shirt and an American flag necklace. You had shorts on and your favorite (f/c) shoes. You put your hair into a high ponytail.
He picked you up from your house and you were utterly confuse because no one else was in the car with him. You thought that he would pick people up after you but he didn't stop at any house at all. You then assumed that they were already there and waiting for you guys to arrive.
Though, when you both arrived at the park where they show the fireworks, Alfred didn't go to look for people he knew. He just laid down a blanket and motioned for you to sit with him.
"Hey, Al? Are your friends coming? I dont see any of your friends..." He looked at you but just gave a chuckle.
"No, I didn't invite them to join us for the fireworks. (Reader-chan), I want to ask you something. I dont want this to change our friendship. Will you go out with me?" He gave you a present. A music box. You smiled and nodded.
"You have no idea how much I wanted to ask you that. I was just afraid if you turned me down, that might change everything between us...." You smiled. "I'm glad that you asked me and not the other way around."
You shared a passionate kiss just as the fireworks started. This was the best 4th of July ever....
