Magnus :what happened?(he asked nervously and he saw alec sleeping peacefully)
Maryse :magnus!!! After you left. Alec asks about Izzy and jace. I said they are in France, he was shocked, he asked me "why didn't I know that??" I tried 58 hold myself but I had no other option,so said that he lost part of his memories.. He looked helpless, I felt really bad for him..
"How many days??" He asked me..I said 6 months. That's it he starts to get frustrated and try to recollect his memories. He asked so many questions about the past 6 months. I can't answer anything because I don't want to mess it up any more.. But he is getting more and more tense and frustrated… he started to scream holding his head,he kept on blabbering, he was out of his mind for some time, he was in severe pain.. Dr. Daniel came in right time he give some sedation, he is hard to handle at that time, alec struggled a lot but he calm down and drifted into sleep…(tears were shedding from her eyes)
Magnus :my god!!! Mom!!! Why did you do that??? (he asked with glassy eyes)
Maryse :What else can I do magnus!!! I can't see you both suffering like this… I felt useless when I saw you earlier… You are my son too.. How could I see you in pain… (she said, magnus hugged her tight… he whispered "it's okay!!! It's okay!! I am fine now")
After a minute, Magnus let Maryse go from his arms..
Magnus :Mom… he took this pain for almost 6 months to keep me happy… he tolerates his pain every time to keep that smile on my face.. Do you think I can't tolerate this distance.. Yes it hurts but I can take it ma… don't pressure him.. I want him alive.. One day or another he will remember everything and on that day no matter what, he will come back to me and take me in his arms.. I will be happy again..so don't cry pls (he said wiping Maryse tears)
"Can we talk, Magnus!!" he heard Daniel's voice and he closed his eyes in frustration… "I need to talk to you both "Daniel said looking at Maryse
Magnus :Daniel I am sorry.. It's my fault I shouldn't leave him like that!!!
Daniel :Where did you go??? To cry and let your pain out?? then what about alec don't you think your friend needs you???
Magnus :I can't be a friend again.. We can't… it's… Its .. it hurts Dan (he looked away)
Daniel :magnus!! I understand your pain..I wish I could change the time and make everything right.. I can't blame you for your pain… you need some time to gather yourself but did you know how it feels when you come to know that you lost your memories for almost 6 months in your life????
Maryse squeezed Magnus' shoulder… magnus holding his emotions not to cry in front of Daniel..
Daniel :I will make it easy… think about it… we will throw the car key when we get back home after a long day, we get tensed and frustrated when we can't find the same key the very next morning..that little memory deviations will drive you insane, until you find that key.. isn't it???? Then think how it would feel to lose a part of your life.. Some of the best moments in your life… either he remembered or not, deep inside somewhere he will feel like he lost his happiness … like he lost everything.. Memories are important.. Do you think a person like alec can take it… no it's frustrating and don't try to force memories on him, he is like a glass, if you pressure him by asking him like "you remember this??? You remember that ??" If you keep on probing his mind like that.. You will definitely break that glass.. Give him some time to heal… he is a broken person, don't try to fix him, just be with him when he fixes himself…support,motivation,
encouragement that's all he wants right now..
Magnus nodded in return..
Daniel :and for God sake don't cry, if you keep on crying who is there to wipe his tears and give him support, your Alexander is alive, he is not dead… you hear me??? (he really state that with anger)
Magnus wiped his tears away and nodded again
Daniel :Whatever he asks, just answer him like his friend Magnus, not like his lover.. Just bring his 15 yrs friendship back, forget that you were in a relationship.. You can ask me like"it's easy for you to say???" But I am a psychiatrist and I know how it works.. I believe in you …
So Try to buckle up and start your love story again.. Not everyone gets the chance to rewrite their love story with the same person all over Again… get me back with new memories and try to bring his old memories without forcing him… I hope you Clear everything back at home… if I see you crying again.. Magnus :I will try my best (he said with a limited smile)
Daniel :Good.. If you want to talk or cry just come to me don't do that in front of him… as much as you let him free, he will come around you soon..
Magnus :ya….. Is he.. Is he okay???
Daniel :Yes he is fine. We give a little dose of sedation. He will wake up at any time soon.. just a raise in BP that leads to headaches but I can't promise all the time.. let him heal (on saying that he patted on magnus shoulder before he leaves)
Magnus :You need shower , it's my spare room key in the hospital.. It's in 4 th floor. Use it and take some rest.. You need it.. (he says smiling at Maryse,)
Once Maryse left Magnus was alone with Alec, he looked at him with so much love still pleading under his smile.. "Too stubborn,huh..?? " he smiled at alec.. Alec frowned when he heard Magnus' voice.. He woke up and started to get tense again… "magnus how much I lost.. Tell me what all I forget?? " he starts to shoot questions one after another
"Alec!!!!..... Alec!!listen… alec!!! Calm down… !" he said in between, but alec was not listening at all, he tried to bring alec to normal state but he kept on blabbering.. So Magnus hugged him tight and rubbed his back up and down…alec automatically felt comfortable and he felt relaxed , he can't find out whether it is because of magnus or the way he hugged him…but he felt better
Magnus can hear Alec's heartbeat getting steady from the monitor… he smiles gently when he lets Alec go from his arms…
Magnus :look!! We have all the time on this earth so.. Ask me whatever you want.. I will answer you… please don't panic.. (he said politely)
Alec nodded in return, he looked red and sweaty… Magnus wiped his face with a towel.. And help him Lean on headboard
Magnus :better??
Alec :yes!!!! Is there anything important I missed?? (he asked because he know there is some new and weird feeling he felt , when magnus is around him)
Magnus :no!!! .. You did 3 or 4 projects in the company you are working right now, you're the best employ and Mr. Harlo was really proud of you… then nothing more interesting (he said clearing his throat)
Alec :Are you sure because I felt something different, like empty, like I lost my only happiness.. (he asked, looking straight at Magnus' eyes. Making magnus gulped hard)
Magnus :maybe… we will take it slow okay day by day..baby steps. (he patted his shoulder)
Alec :magnus! Did I????...have I been in a relationship???
Magnus knows that Alec is searching for one true love for all his life, one true partner in everything, like a friend, like a gossip buddy .. But magnus can't say the truth right now
Magnus :yes you had!!! (he said with a smile)

But all Magnus can feel is pain but he gobbled it… he smiled along with Alec because he knows this man infront of him suffers more without his knowledge..
Magnus :I don't know alec!!! we didn't talk about it..(he said looking away)
Alec :Hoo!!! But it's clear you were in a relationship (he smirked) your neck covered with hickey (he said playfully) who is she or he??
Magnus' eyes widened and he wanted to run away somewhere, he suddenly pulled his shirt collars up and suddenly his eyes traveled to Alec's neck which was covered by more…" thank God no one can see their own neck without mirror and thanks to this hospital management who don't allows Mirrors in patients room" he thought for a second
Magnus :It's not a relationship. It's ummmmm… It's kind of hook ups.. (he managed)
Alec :since when you start to hook up??? but that Hickey doesn't look like a hook up it's deep and beautiful it's a love bite… (he says pointing magnus neck and pull the collar little down to take a look )
Magnus :enough of your examination!! (he rolled his eyes and moved away, making alec laugh even More)
Alec :So what's that ring in your hand??? It's kinda "A "with wings in it…
" idiot" he cursed himself before answering…
Magnus :it's ummm… asmodeus!! (he said and immediately regret that)
Alec :That's really wow!! Did he really came back?? .. You two are good??? (alec asked excitedly)
Magnus :no!!! You brought him to me on your birthday. It's a little long story.. How about we eat first and medicines next and then we'll talk??? (he asked placing a tray on alec hand)
Alec :mmmm… magnus!!! Can…. Can you feed me.. I can't.. I mean.. (he starts to stutter)
Nothing can make Magnus more happier today. He smiled from mouth to mouth
