Daichi was releasing calming pheromones the Dr. Hishiro came in.
"Oh, Hello, Daichi," she said cheerfully and relieved to see her patient finally calm.
She sighed as she pulled up a stool and sat in front of the bed, flipping through medical charts.
"Okay, so as things look now, I do believe you can expect to give birth tomorrow someone. I am going to recommend that you don't have the rest of your pack come down here until you are closer to the delivery very," Both Suga and Daichi nodded as the Dr smiled at them.
"Hey... Dai... Could you go ask Takeda and Ukai if they could go home and get my hospital bag... In the rush of getting down here, I forgot it," Suga asked quietly after Dr . Hishiro the room.
"Yeah," Daichi replied with a nod.
"I need to change too. I'll be right back," He stood from the bed and went to go find Takeda and Ukai.

Kageyama had decided to take Hinata up to their room when he realized he was shaking as they watched the news. Sitting on their bed, Kageyma was sitting on the bed cross-legged with Hinata's head in his lap, gently stroking his hair.
"What if Daichi dies?" Hinata's voice was horses he repeated the same question he had since they came to their room.
"He won't," Kageyama's tone was soft but teetering on the edge of Annoyed.
"What if something happens to Suga?"
Pass the point of frustration Kagyeme sat his Omega up and put a firm grip on his shoulders.
"Dumb ass, they will be fine, Ukai called and Said Daichi is Fine, Takdea called and said Suga is fine, they are okay," he stopped when he saw Hinata's eyes dilated and he began to shake as tears spilled from his eyes.
"Don't yell at me!" He managed to yell as he pulled himself from his Alpha grip.
"I'm worried, okay!" Hinata shouted as he scooted away from Kageyama.
Kageyama sighed and pulled Hinata closer to him.
"I'm sorry," he spoke softly as he wiped a tear from his cheek.
"I promise you, both of them will be okay. It's not Suga is the first Omega to have a baby,"
Hinata sniffled as he looke into his Alpha's eyes and found some solace in his gaze.
"But..." Hinata bit his lip.
Kageyama leaned his head down, bringing their foreheads together.
"Stop," there was a sternness to his voice as he for the first time in a very long time used his Omega mark to make Hinata do what he wanted.
"It's going to be okay dumbass," he spoke softly as Hinata took a deep breath.
"Promise?"
Kageyama didn't reply he simply pulled his Omega into a soft kiss.
"Guys?" There was a knock on the door as Yachi spoke.
"Coach Ukai and Takeda sensei are back,"
Hinata broke the kiss so fast that Kageyama felt his head spin.
"Idiot!" he yelled.
"Come on!" Hinata shouted back and he yanked Kageyama from the bed.
Down Stairs, Takeda was holding one of his twins as everyone else listened to him.
"Suga is fine, but the Dr. said that you should all stay here until he is about have the baby. We just came back to get a few things for Daichi and to get Suga his hospital bag,"
Ukai came down the stairs carrying, Suga's old Gym bag that he had converted into his hospital bag over his shoulder.
"We got to get back," He said as he headed out the door not making eye contact with anyone as if he was on a mission.
Takeda gave a small smile before placing Kiss on his baby's cheek and handing them to Ellie.
Suga had managed to finally fall asleep when Takeda and Ukai got back to the hospital. They came into the room to find Daichi still sitting on the edge of the bed running his fingers through his sleeping Omega's hair, a soft smile on his face.
"Where would you like the bag?" Takeda whispered, not wanting to wake Suga. Daichi quietly pointed to the left side of the room where there was a small green sofa for the family and friends of the patient to sit on. Takeda nodded as he walked over to the couch and plopped the bag down.
"We should get going home now," Ukai said quietly as he found himself feeling somewhat uncomfortable.
"W-wait," Takeda said as he looked nervously between his alpha and Suga.
"I... I promised Suga I would be here for him the whole time," he said quietly.
"His parents are not here and the rest of his pack can't come yet... It's going to be hard on him," His voice broke a little as he tried to stop himself from letting his emotions get the better of him, remembering how he longed for the comfort of an Omega.
Ukai sighed and rubbed his temples, knowing that he couldn't win this battle.
"Fine, the twins are In good hands with Ellie and Miwa," he said as he headed over to the couch and made himself comfortable.

Everyone had made themselves comfortable and had fallen asleep when the sound of Suga letting out a sharp pain filled scream along I'm with several alarms went off. Before anyone could fully wake up and take in what was happening, a team of nurses and Dr. Hishiro flooded the room. The brightness of the lights burned Daichi's eyes before he inked a few times. He loomed at his Omega after a few moments and felt like his life has suddenly been drained from him when he saw his Omegas pain-filled sweat-drenched face.
"Suga, Suga, calm down, your baby is coming, take a few breathes, okay?" Dr. Hishiro's voice was calm and steady as she sat on a stool at the end of the bed.
"Breathe for me, okay? Just real slow, it's okay,"
Daichi felt like he was going to pass out as Suga gripped his hand so hard he felt like it would break.
"Kō, it's okay breathe," He said copying The doctors. Calm tone.
"Shut Up Daichi!" Suga said through gritted teeth as he did his best to fight the pain. He screamed and tightened his grip on his Alpha's hand even more. Takeda made his way to the other side of the bed and let Suga have his hand.
"Breathe okay, Suga," Suga nodded, leaving Daichi feeling a bit lost, but only for a moment when I remembered that he was partly the cause of his Omegas condition.
Ukai left the room pulling his phone from his pocket to call the others.
"Okay, one last push should do it on the count of three, push as hard as you can," Hishiro's voice was a bit more serious than calm.
"One, Two, Three,"
Suga gripped both Daichi and Takeda's hands and pushed his hardest, straining muscles he didn't even know he had. Within seconds he felt a wave of relief wash over him followed by the sound of cries. Daichi stood up and walked over to Dr. Hishiro, who was holding his baby.
"Do you want to hold her?" she asked the awestricken new dad, who nodded slowly and tried to calm his nerves as the Handed him the baby.
Suddenly Daichi felt a tear fall from his eye as he looked down at the tiny baby wrapped in a striped blanket in his arms.
"Hey Scarlet," he said softly walking over to the bed and sitting on the edge. Suga couldn't describe the emotions he felt at that moment as Daichi carefully handed him their Daughter and kissed the top of his head.
"She is Beautiful," Takdea said, giving Suga a small squeeze on his shoulder before standing up.
"I'll let you be, I'm going to find Ukai,"
"Thank you," Suga said, gears still brimming in his eyes.
"Dai, she's perfect," Suga's voice trembled slightly.
"So are you," Daichi whispered as he watched Suga hold Scarlet.
"Daichi, you don't have to be so cheesy," Suga said with a soft laugh.
"Oh... And I'm sorry for telling you to shut up... And for almost breaking your hand,"
Daichi kissed the top of his Omegas head with a light chuckle.
"It's okay,"
"Hey, Daichi..." Suga was suddenly serious.
"Why did it take you so long to get here?"
"I don't think now is a good time for this," Daichi nuzzled his face into Suga's hair. Scarlet squirmed a little as she began to fuss, thankfully for Daichi taking Suga's attention away from the question.
"Excuse me... I'm Nurse Yumi, I'm going to be yr feeding coach," a nurse came in. She looked small and tumid as she made her way to the bed.
"Feeding coach?" Suga asked as he cocked his head.
The nurse nodded somewhat shyly.
"Dr. Hishiro said that you had concerns while you were pregnant since you are not a female Omega and that she explained things to you, but she thought it would be best to assign you a feeding coach to help you," there was an awkward silence as Suag looked between his Alpha, the nurse, and Scarlet, feeling horribly embarrassed for not grasping an instinct as vital as feeding his child.
"Don't be embarrassed," the nurse said quietly as she sat on the stool.
"I know this will sound... strange... but male Omegas have this same problem often, even though it's a part of nature, and female and male omegas have done this since the beginning of time," she paused and gave a soft smile.
"There is nothing to be embarrassed about I promise. Have you decided what you would like to do?"
Suga felt anxious as the nurse looked at him waiting for a reply.
"I... think I decided I want to try,"
"Okay," Yumi said with a Smile knowing where Suga was going.

At the packhouse, everyone was woken up by the sound of Miwa and Ellie knocking excitedly on their doors. Within a few short minutes, everyone was down in the living room, gathered around Ellie and Miwa.
